"We called Skeen to check out a leak outside of our house. Not only were they not able to fix the problem, they also told me that there was no leak and that the water was normal. This made no sense so I had to call another plumber who then found a tremendous leak and fixed it. Skeen then sent me a bill for over $1500. I called multiple times to dispute this charge and was repeatedly told the office manager would call me. I never received a call despite trying multiple times. After no communication and being put off, they sent me to collections. Do not use this company."
