Kelly called shortly after I requested a quote, showed up shortly thereafter to inspect the jobs, quoted a great price, and then fixed both items quickly! From the moment I submitted a request for a quote on Angi to the job being completely done (and checked) was less than two hours! I was impressed with his honesty and dedication in not only doing the job, but doing the job in the best and most affordable way. For example, when we first moved in I installed a faucet on the kitchen sink that pulls out as a hose when needed. But the hose has periodically caught on the shutoff valve. Kelly saw the problem, and while he was replacing the shut off valve he went ahead and adjusted the length of the pipe so it would no longer catch the hose! Excellent plumber! Will definitely hire again!

Mr. Powell called me the same day that I reached out on Angi for a plumber to come by and see why I was not getting hot water in my home. Mr. Powell did an excellent job in explaining to me what he would be doing while inspecting why my water heater was not providing hot water. He inspected it and explained to me the steps he would be doing to find the problem. He cleaned it and replaced a part that was also a source of the problem. HIs price for his work was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

He was so kind and helped me figure out my gas grill. He will be the first one I call if I ever need a plumber.

Mr. Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable. I posted my add and he came the same day. He performed his assessment, diagnosed my problem, and went to work. He was extremely clean. This was a very involved remodel job with three bathrooms and kitchen, new water lines, and replacing a lot of sewer pipes under the house. Great, knowledgeable plumbing work, but sometimes delayed in coming to the job due to other clients needing help also.

Kelly was on time and did a fine job replacing a crappy toilet! He gave me a great price and finished in record time. He even helped me fix a problem over the phone once. I would like to have a gas fireplace installed and hopefully Kelly can come install it.
