"Update: Now giving them 3 stars (would do 3.5 if it were an option) since they finally came out and made it right. I still shouldnâ t have had to fight with them to get the job done right and promises were made by the estimator that caused more issues than weâ re ever necessary (Iâ m told heâ s no longer with them and had no business making those promises). Keeping the original review for otherâ s to reference: Had I not had the time to stand there supervising for 3 days, the job would have been done even worse. The project manager (Rob) was fine with just spraying the house once (leaving patchy/blotchy spot ALL over the front). I had to argue and even get our contract out to get them to roll the paint on like I was guaranteed (and was in the contact). I was also told by the estimator (Kyle) that they would be able to replace specific boards (again, in the contract). Not until said boards weâ re all ripped off the house did anyone tell me that they donâ t make that type of board anymore. They found a work-around that isnâ t too noticeable, but thatâ s not what I signed and put money down for. Now, less then a year and a half later, Iâ m noticing that they never removed the old caulking, just painted over it, so now paint is peeling from the house/windows, right before winter."

"It's taken me over two years to write this because I had to get the deck repaired just to meet code and I've been getting angrier each year. Gary was nice enough, Danny his forman on my job, was pleasant, fast, and they eventually cleaned up the mess (while they were working it was a mess when the crew left each night.) They came when they said they would and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We had a large deck built on our house. I thought I did due diligence, Wyatt Construction came recommended by neighbors, it wasn't the lowest nor the highest bid, I checked out the ratings online, they have been in business for a long time...and the deck did look nice for about 6 months. Then things started to fall apart- like trim falling off, a handrail curling so much the screws pulled out, one of the support beams started to bend... I tried to contact Gary several times, and he ghosted me for weeks, then told me to contact Danny, who never even replied. I had another company ([Provider Name Removed] in the KC Northland) build a fence who took one look at the deck and kindly (he never did disparage Wyatt Construction, not once) told me that he was surprised the deck passed an inspection. Now I'm paying thousands more to fix the sloppy work of this company."
