Mark is super friendly and got job done quickly and efficiently.

Mark and his crew did a GREAT job. Project involved moving an 8 hot tub (1200 lbs empty) off a 4 high deck, reinforcing the deck under the tub with an additional pier, redecking and reinstalling the hot tub. I had a couple contractors walk away and another just went for broke and wanted to replace the whole thing. Mark (a Marine) took it on as no problem, I've got a good crew) and he wasnt lying. They showed up on time (despite an issue with their truck) and went to work. Built a ramp, slid the tub off and got the work done. He told me a couple days. Honestly, I didnt believe him, but sure enough they were on-schedule until we discovered another issue that was nearly as much of a project as the first. Despite having me in a very vulnerable position, he gave me a fair price for the additional work and rescheduled other jobs to get me done. Even worked a weekend to stay on schedule. It was miserably hot and one day, muddy. Never a complaint from his crew. Just CAN DO attitude.

Mhk general services was great. Was very quick and efficient. Kept in communication with us all the way up to the project was complete. I was very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend. Great customer service and did a great job!

We have gone several years without a working bathtub, The shower worked fine, but we wanted the bathtub experience on occasion. Mark and company were able to do that. We are so appreciative. They were great, excellent is a better word to describe the work, the professionalism. I would definitely recommend!!!

Mark was very helpful with helping me with information when setting up the job. John did a really good job in the installation and provided us a better solution than we had originally planned on.

I had a pipe burst and Mark, the owner came out that night. He did a great job at a great price. Vey honest and professional. I will definitely use them again for other projects and I highly recommend MHK.

I hired Mark to install attic stairs. John showed up with one helper who bailed on him an hour in. I would have preferred he asked if he could come back when he had help, but he installed our attic stairs alone. The reason we hired Mark was because we wanted an extra set of hands to help us and could not work put getting a friend over. John did a good job but did not finish the first day. Not surprising since they did not show until 2 pm. The next day returned after noon to trim out the stairs. When he left I saw how horrible it looked! There are gaps around the stairs showing, massive gouges around the stairs, huge chunks of mudding not sanded down, the trim needs replaced that he installed due to the way he screwed it in. If this was because he felt rushed, Mark needs to schedule jobs better for his guys. If this is because John is not a good finisher, then Mark needs to schedule accordingly for that as well. Mark offered to have someone come out to fix it, but at that point I was over being told someone would be at .my house at a specific time and not show for hours and missing work. The work being done was not difficult! Mark still insisted on being paid the full amount for the work, even after being sent pictures of the work. After badgering me with his insistence someone come fix it, he did reduce the price a small amount. I wish this had gone differently since I have two large projects needing done soon, but we will never use Mark again. I wish I could post pictures here for everyone to see in order to be warned.

Mark and his crew did an awesome job in replacing a few decking boards, rails and spindles on out 20 year old deck. They also power washed and stained/sealed the entire deck. Mark is a very good man who takes pride in his work and is a great communicator. MHK will be first on my list to call for my next project.

Mark was super to work with and Nick, who did the job was courteous and very detailed oriented. I would have given a solid 5 star rating if some of the drywall cutting would have been done outside. We are extremely happy with end results.

I hired this company to do deck repair not knowing whether it could be repaired or needed to be totally replaced. Nick and Joseph did an amazing job in blistering heat. Both very personable and willing to answer all my questions. The owner, Mark Kowertz, was very professional and gave me options/suggestions regarding condition of my deck and what could be saved and what needed to be replaced. Very reasonable in pricing. I have already recommended them to two other folks. You would not be wrong in giving them a call. I would highly recommend them.

Mark was always on time and very responsive to any request. John, the project manager and lead was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Will hire again for other projects.
