It's taken me over two years to write this because I had to get the deck repaired just to meet code and I've been getting angrier each year. Gary was nice enough, Danny his forman on my job, was pleasant, fast, and they eventually cleaned up the mess (while they were working it was a mess when the crew left each night.) They came when they said they would and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We had a large deck built on our house. I thought I did due diligence, Wyatt Construction came recommended by neighbors, it wasn't the lowest nor the highest bid, I checked out the ratings online, they have been in business for a long time...and the deck did look nice for about 6 months. Then things started to fall apart- like trim falling off, a handrail curling so much the screws pulled out, one of the support beams started to bend... I tried to contact Gary several times, and he ghosted me for weeks, then told me to contact Danny, who never even replied. I had another company ([Provider Name Removed] in the KC Northland) build a fence who took one look at the deck and kindly (he never did disparage Wyatt Construction, not once) told me that he was surprised the deck passed an inspection. Now I'm paying thousands more to fix the sloppy work of this company.

They did an excellent job

Very friendly crew, Gary checks up on the crew from time to time to check on the progress. The price was right were we needed it to be. The deck has great carpentry skills. A one of a kind deck to fit our tastes. It took 3 days to get the deck in. The crew tore the old deck out in a day. We were happy that they cleaned up after themselves any trash, hauled away our old patio furniture we didn't want, that was so nice. The crew came early and left tell after 5pm. It was a very nice experience. If we happen to need any more work we will be calling Gary Wyatt's Remodeling. Wyatt's Remodeling builds great quality decks at a very good price!

Gary Wyatt's crew just completed a new deck. Their crew worked diligently and created an outdoor environment will enjoy for many years starting this Spring. The crew listened to our needs and concerns and without exception met our wishes. Additionally, Gary and the crew took time to thoroughly answer our questions throughout the project. They added on a special ramp for our son requested after the deck was nearly completed. The roof and two tone wood make the deck distinctive. We highly recommend Wyatt's Remodeling home remodeling.

Gary Wyatt remodeling and his crew has been very easy and accommodating to work with on a custom pergola project. His crew is very detailed, high craftsmanship, answered all our questions and concerns. A great product and high quality for a reasonable price. His crew did built this outdoor project in early March and still built the pergola in the time frame quoted.
