I had an extreme cold air getting into our Kids room and the master closet. We called this company and they sent out Mark Freeman, who was supposed to be the best on their team. Nice guy and seemed knowledgeable, but his fix of replacing existing insulation with some super-duper insulation did not fix it. He did give me a guarantee that if the cold came back they would make it right, but that did not happen. I even have texts from Mark acknowledging their failure, but in the end, they ghosted me. I even called the owner, Bill Kelley, but once he realized who I was he stopped responding. I went to file a small claims case, but it seems the business has either gone out of business or changed its name. Threw $2100 down the drain. I would NOT use this business if they are still around.

They did a great job

They were great! Price was reasonable and they went above and beyond.

I received bids from a couple of other companies and while HPS was not the cheapest, they appeared to be much more thorough and knowledgeable when presenting their proposal and recommendation. I was very happy with the initial work they did for me in 2012, including my lowered utility bills that I had them back our in the past few months to complete some additional insulation work in my crawl space that I did not have completed in 2012. Their crews were professional and courteous both times and I am very happy with the resulting energy savings and increased comfort.
