"I wish I could give Triton Exteriors zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had gutters installed on one side of my house, and the result has been devastating. The gutters they installed caused over $3,000 worth of water damage, and now I need to completely replace the drywall in my living room. The level of damage is beyond frustrating. When I reached out to them to address the issue, Dave Mason, the representative, was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a helpful solution, he seemed uninterested and condescending. His attitude only added to my growing frustration. He kept denying any involvement in the water issue however he even stated that the gutters did not seem to be installed correctly!! I've had multiple roofing and gutter experts inspect the damage, and they all point to the gutters as the root cause. It’s clear that the installation was faulty, yet Triton Exteriors. has done nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company if you value your home and your sanity.
