Vinyl fence repair. One post needed reset and turned out to be more difficult than expected but job was finished on schedule and no issues after spring storms with heavy rain.

We are very happy with Easter Fence and Deck. Easter Fence came highly recommended by my neighbor for the deck they had completed. They just completed a fence replacement and my wife and I could not be happier with the end product. Even with hot weather they were able to complete the project in about 2 weeks which included demo of existing fence and total rebuild. The crew were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed each step along the way. we were very happy at how clean the left the work site each evening. We would recommend them to anyone considering a fence (and deck) replacement and will definitely use them again for any future renovations.

Asked for a quote for a small job to repair/replace a chain link fence gate (the gate frame finally broke after years of lawn service mowers bumping into it), and Clay called me back that day, came by the next, and I had an estimate the next day. The estimate was fair for the work proposed, but out of my budget. That is no fault of Easter Fence to estimate a quality end-to-end custom gate replacement (I wanted them to make it wider for future mower access) in a turnkey project format. I won't compare the cost of a cook-at-home dinner with the cost of dining in a nice restaurant and then complain about the restaurant dinner costing more. They're just not the same thing, like apples and flashlights. If I had a bigger project in mind, or something really nice or custom where quality matters, I definitely would consider Easter Fence.

The work was done as scheduled and the project manager and workers were professional, friendly and communicated well throughout the project!

Great. They told me it might be 3 months until they could do it, but in about 3 weeks they came and put it up. Really satisfied with it.

The degree of difficulty was high, given the design and existing conditions that had to be worked around. Jimmie bid the work promptly and accurately. The bid detailed fence specs, and Ricardo and his crew carried them out perfectly. Ricardo is a master craftsman and creative problem-solver. He and Jimmie were a joy to work with. The first load of cedar included a high percentage of flawed boards. A lesser company might have tried to use them anyway, especially because supply was scarce. Holland rejected the bad boards before we could and ordered more. They listened to our wants, kept their word, kept us informed and delivered top quality at a fair price. A superb experience!

Easter was fantastic to work with. Ryan Doria was quick to respond to my emails and questions and his Customer Service was great. Charlie and Nate (father/son duo) installed the fence and they were great as well. They were professional, quick and courteous the entire time. They kept me informed on the timeline, cleaned up after themselves and did a FANTASTIC job on the fence. My puppy even came off his chain and they caught him and held onto him until I was able to get him. I would 100% recommend them again.

Steve ******* and ‘my crew’ of Jodi, Bob, and Allen at Easter Fence did amazing work rebuilding the balcony and repairing of the adjoining walls at my condominium. I had searched for many months for a contractor willing to tackle the job. This included coordinating with the owner above me who also hired Easter to do his balcony. From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Despite many distractions including a multitude of annoying squirrels, my hovering over their work and many people passing by, the crew stayed focused on getting the work done and getting it done right. They worked as if they were doing it for friends, family or working on their own home. From start to finish they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was very considerate of the neighbor below me and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to him. (He made a point of telling me how much he appreciated it.) Other compliments have been received. That includes the neighbor who yelled across the easement from his perfect patio on how nice it looked, and one of my relatives who now wants to redo their deck. This was a job well done and worth every penny. My belief is it has added to the value of my home and also believe I will not need to replace it again. The replacement went well Steve Johnson handled everything with the Condo Association, board, and county. Steve kept me inform throughout the entire process. The workers were very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with Easter Fence company's level of service, communication, and overall product provided for our vinyl fence installation. Dan Bryson came out to give us our quote for a vinyl fence and showed us the different options. That day he provided us a quote via email. I emailed back and forth with Dan about a few changes and he was always quick to update and send the new proposal to me. We signed our agreement in early December expecting to wait an estimated 12+ weeks for installation. Ryan Doria reached out three weeks after we signed our contract saying that they were ready for installation which was a pleasant surprise. We were working around some other yard work and Ryan made it easy to choose the week we wanted the fence to be installed. The first week of Jan. the fence was install and Jose was onsite. Jose was great to work with and completed the fence in a day with the help of one other guy. He was easy to communicate with and provided exceptional service ensuring he knew exactly how we wanted the fence. We love the way our fence looks. Upon completion of the job, I wanted to stop by the the office to pay my final bill. Tammy Micke was available and made the process smooth and easy to get final payment in. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new fence which will provide privacy and help keep our two dogs safe. I would highly recommend Easter Fence Company as the service they provided was excellent from communication to product value.

Easter fence did a great job with our new deck. The design worked out great, even though we had some rough terrain to work with. The carpenters building our deck were hard working, kind and very informative throughout the job.

We love our new custom cedar fence from Easter. The builders did a great job -- they were fast, responsive and did quality work. Most importantly, they were highly collaborative with us and made sure they talked through any decisions and issues to ensure the fence was exactly the way we wanted in the end. They were great to work with and we would definitely use them again.

We had Easter do a major tune-up on our deck: rails, lights, stairs, lattice, etc. We were thrilled with their work. The deck looks great. Just as important was the team who did the work. The two men who did most of the work were diligent and punctual. They showed up at 8 am and left at 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break. When they were unsure of something they asked politely and followed my instruction. I highly recommend Easter for deck work.

Easter was great. No bull or unnecessary flair in the sales. They took pictures and provided accurate estimations. They offered high- end, low- maintenance options for my small budget. They were patient with all of my questions. And when they were able to schedule my work, it was all finished in just 4 days!! It looks so pretty, modern, and solid!

The negotiated price was based on fencing our back yard in phases, as we are a newly-constructed home and needed excavation work to be completed and did not want to have a fully installed fence that could get damaged in the process. We made it clear that we were on the timeline of the builder and did not have a firm completion date. The sales person agreed to the terms. We even told the sales person that when the property was able to be fenced in the second phase, that he could order the material at that time as to not have inventory sitting. He said that the fence material would not be sitting long as he had anther buyer serious about the same fence. The back property line was fenced. Fast forward 4 months later and a representative of this company shows up unannounced demanding that we finish the fencing project. He even started to measure the property line! When we reiterated to him that we had an open finish timeline until we could get the property re-graded and it was based on when the builder could get this completed; he angrily drove off and told the owner that we are not finishing this project! We then get a rather nasty email from the VP demanding final payment after he raised the cost of the project against the negotiated price because only the back line was fenced at this time. He also said that he was stuck with the remaining material even though he chose to go forward and order in bulk knowing that this fence was to be completed in phases. We never even received a phone call from this company expressing concerns, nor did we receive any voice mails. I am not sure what the message relayed back to the company owner was from the representative that came to our house by surprise; but clearly it wasn't what we told him as we never said that we were stopping this project. At the time of the quote, our other three neighbors decided to go with another vendor instead of Easter fence. We wish we did as well! Lesson learned!

I couldn’t have been more happy with the overall process. The sales rep was great and detailed. He worked with me on the design and property boundaries. The install team was fast but did quality work. They had to come back to install a gate and were on time and did the job right. I have had 4 similar fences installed and this was by far the easiest and best experience! Tim K.
