I wish I could give Triton Exteriors zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had gutters installed on one side of my house, and the result has been devastating. The gutters they installed caused over $3,000 worth of water damage, and now I need to completely replace the drywall in my living room. The level of damage is beyond frustrating. When I reached out to them to address the issue, Dave Mason, the representative, was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a helpful solution, he seemed uninterested and condescending. His attitude only added to my growing frustration. He kept denying any involvement in the water issue however he even stated that the gutters did not seem to be installed correctly!! I've had multiple roofing and gutter experts inspect the damage, and they all point to the gutters as the root cause. It’s clear that the installation was faulty, yet Triton Exteriors. has done nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company if you value your home and your sanity. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is terrible, and their response to issues is appalling. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.

Tim and his team did an excellent job with our new roof. He discussed options then dropped off samples so we could pick our colors. He was available by phone for questions throughout the process. The work was done as promised, when scheduled. They took care to take down and reinstall our Christmas lights and cleaned everything up before they left. We've had our roof for several months now and are very satisfied-would definitely hire again!

Great company! Super quick and reasonably priced. I asked for a quote and 2 weeks later I had my gutters replaced. Very happy with the results and I highly recommend this company.

We had some fascia damage during a recent storm. Some other companies were not interested in doing such a "small job" or they simply did not respond to our calls. We called Triton and they were willing to come out and give us a bid. The salesman, Dave, came out and was on time. The bid was fair and reasonable. The job was done less than a week later. The work looks good, and we would not hesitate to get a bid for any larger jobs we may have in the future. They also furnished a lien waiver without us having to ask.

From my initial phone conversation, to the on-site inspection, to the quote and scheduling I was impressed. When the serviceman (Blake) arrived and the work started I was more than impressed with the professional approach and timeliness in completing the project. This was my second project. I will start future projects with a first quote from Triton!

Triton installed our roof will a full 5 year warranty. About 2 1/2 years after installation we had leaking around our chimney and over our garage. We called Triton and they blamed our siding contractor who had not done any work over the garage or chimney. The siding contractor came out immediately to check their work on the other end front of the house. Tim came to our home and refused to even look at the areas leaking. No one from Triton EVER got on our roof, looked at the problem areas or did anything to clarify what the problem was. The roof work was still under warranty and we were just asking for assistance and they refused. They did not honor their warranty or even attempt to help us with the leaking. We had another contractor inspect the roof. The flashing was incorrect around the chimney and the shingle valleys were installed incorrectly and had cracked causing the leaking. This was work Triton had done and refused to repair under warranty. Would NOT recommend them.

This is the 3rd project we had with Triton with replacing the gutters and siding. They had a team that handled each piece and each team was very hardworking, on time, and friendly. They cleaned up the yard completely when each team was done. We're very glad we had Triton handle all the projects we had and if we need something in the future, they'll be my first call! Thanks so much!

Hello - the experience we had with the fence and mailbox installation with Triton Exteriors was amazing! Eli, Brandon, Moses, and sorry can remember the 4th gentlemen's name, did an excellent job installing the fence. They even "spit shined" it after it was done! Dave, who came out and surveyed/provided the quote, also put in the mailbox and did a fabulous job! He noticed a portion of the fence didn't have the right slats and replaced those too - he certainly has an eagle eye! Chris, who we talked to about the job has been so responsive and helpful - she is truly outstanding and I thank her so much! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are looking forward to additional house projects for them to help/work on! Have a super day!

Hello - we had our 2nd project with Triton done, installing a new roof. In the process of having the siding/gutters installed, Dave inspected the roof and given the age and condition, suggested a new roof. He sent a reasonable quote and within the same week, materials arrived and it was installed! He worked hard to get it done that timely before the gutters were installed. The team of 6 installers did an amazing job and cleaned up everything after the installation - didn't even know they'd been there! I can't thank Dave, Chris and the installation team enough for being so great to work with, responsive and thorough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Repair turned out great. attached better than original. They checked other gables making sure facia was secure. Highly recommend Triton, and would not hesitate to use them again.
