The owner sent out installers that have never installed replacement windows before. Not only did they do a horrible job but they damaged our brand new siding. We went through 3 of his installers and the job is still not done. We have terminated the installation contract with him."

"I had 2 windows that were ordered incorrectly which is understandable everyone makes mistakes. I had another window that was broken during installation. I attempted to contact Champion but the phone would ring but no one would answer during business hours. I finally got ahold of an actual person after several attempts on multiple days. The order was placed on 5/31/24 and I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. I waited 8 weeks and contacted them again. I was then told 12 weeks and that the plant was running behind. I find this very hard to believe when I placed my original order our windows were installed in 5 weeks. It's been 16 weeks now and still no windows and no response that I was promised at 12 weeks when I was in contact with them the last time. Very disappointing as I was a return customer. My first experience in 2017 was great. This has been horrible to say the least. I hope someone sees this that can make changes."

Replacing the majority or all of the windows in your home is a time consuming job and best left to a professional.
Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
The time it takes to replace a window is a total of four to 15 weeks. This time includes your initial consultation, appointments for measuring, as well as ordering and manufacturing your windows.
