He showed me exactly what the problem with my fireplace was and explained to me what I can do myself in order to cut the service cost. He didn't charge anything.

This company originally installed my gas fireplace, and I have been very happy with it. It needed to be serviced, so I contacted them to schedule. At the time of scheduling, they were able to tell me the name of the person who would be doing the service, approximately how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Nick arrived right on time, and he did a great job! He was very careful while working-he kept everything contained on a tarp, and he cleaned up carefully when he was finished. He answered all of my questions as he worked. This fireplace gets lots of use, and it looks brand new again. I am very pleased.

From start to finish they were awesome. The showroom is very nice and the staff is very helpfull. Installation went very well except for a poor electrical sub-contractor was hired and he failed to pull the proper permits prior to the work. The inspection failed twice and we had to remove drywall and caused the project to be delayed a day or two. All Seasons has told me that they no longer use that Electrician and appologized up and down for the problems. Overall the project was done very well and this is now our family's favorite room of the house. We receive many complements from Family and friends. The Installers worked until the job was done to their highest standards and explaned everything along the way. No surprises with the final bill. It was to the penny, even if it cost ASF to loose some margin on the job. We have also received very good "after-the-sale" support and service.

We had been working with another company, but they had very poor follow through and we could not get our sale moving. I contacted All Seasons because I knew exactly what I wanted... and I just wanted someone to do it! Joe, the owner, helped me out through the whole process. He was responsive, informative, and kept in touch to make sure things were going smoothly. He also informed us that a new version of the ceramic logs were coming out, and they were designed to be more realistic along with a more realistic-looking burning unit. We did run into a few bumps along the way with scheduling, etc, but installing a gas stove into a 45+ ft chimney is no easy task. Ultimately, it took about 1 week to turnaround the installation. Overall, it was a good experience and we LOVE our fireplace.

Company was very helpful in selection of merchandise and we were able to get a discount on "floor models". Work was done promptly. Subcontractor (installer) was helpful and thorough in explanation of operation of new units.

It was a good service. We happy with them. I had some things customized on it, and they were very good about that.

GAIL AT ALL SEASONS WAS GREAT, REALLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. I HAD AN ESTIMATOR COME OUT AND HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE PROJECT, BUT I'D NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM IF MY NEEDS CHANGE.

THE SALESWOMAN WAS VERY PLEASANT. SHE ONLY BRIEFLY DESCRIBED THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE BUT I DON'T RECALL HER TELLING ME THAT THE PERSON WORKING WOULD BE A SUB. I WAS TOLD THAT THE TYPICAL FIREPLACE TAKES 15-30 MIN TO FIX. HE WAS IN OUR HOUSE FOR NEARLY 3 HOURS. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS PLEASANT. HE DID NOT KNOW THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE THAT ALLSEASONS HAS AND THEREFORE OVERCHARGED US (INITIAL PAYMENT WAS 857.00). THE TIME FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND THE TOTAL BILL WERE VASTLY UNDERESTIMATED AT THE SHOWROOM. SHELLY WAS MADE AWARE OF MY IMPRESSION OF THE EXPERIENCE IMMEDIATELY AND CORRECTED THE OVERCHARGE BUT THE FINAL TOTAL WAS WAY OVER WHAT I INITIALLY EXPECTED. I WAS TOLD BY THE SUB THAT HAD I CALLED THEIR COMPANY DIRECTLY THE CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY LESS.
