I explained to him the problem of a terrible smell in my laundry room and living area that I’d been dealing with for over a month. I had another contractor out to connect a disconnected sewer line, and do underbelly work but the smell was still there after 3 weeks. Billy came out and checked it out at 10am that same morning.
