Waterproofed basement. Did excellent job. Showed up on time. Salesperson knowledgeable and professional. Very competitively priced. Explained process in easy terms to understand. Did not have to dig up my yard, all work done inside. Workers were polite. Note: these pics taken after asbestos already removed from floor. First pic shows where water would drain if flooding would occur. Second pic shows where water would drain all along the wall if flooding occurs.

Several cancelled appointments. Broken down equipment. As a retired veteran I am so disappointed with overselling and job incomplete. I paid 800 and wanted to stop as the quality and speaking to fellows on the job I feel taken advantage of. No way would I ever recommend this company. Most disappointed Iâ  ve been in hiring someone in my lifetime.

I had 2 other estimates. One was double the Home Spec price. The other was slightly higher than Home Spec. The Home Spec crew came in the morning the project had been scheduled to begin. They were polite and professional. They ask me about my concerns and needs which were discussed and then honored. These guys busted their butts for 2 days and got the job done. I am one Happy Customer.

NowDry Basement Water Proofing was great to work with. They were on time and answered all my questions. Applied for all permits. Responded to all calls.

The sales rep and the 3 crewmen were all totally professional and friendly. The crew stayed on task and did a great job of protecting the area around the work and cleaning up afterwards.

Did the work fast, however, they damaged the scrub in front of the house with the ladder.

Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!

The communication was perfect. The crew were professional explained everything and were patient about questions. Cleaned up better that the way they found it. From the estimate, prep guy, and crew I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this company.

Exceptional

The work met my expectations but not without a little complaining. They did not send an appropriately skilled mason at first and the initial repair was incomplete. The job foreman did notseem to be experienced with foundation repair, only the drainage system, and tried to get out of redoing it. Called customer service and they cleared it up immediately and sent out a mason who did good quality work.

I gad planned to go with a different company. But they were so professional and knowledgeable that i decided to go with their company. And my work. Is beautiful. Completed in one day. They left everything clean. I've been telling everyone about them.

The assigned crew; Bobby (Management), Josh C., Vernon, and Jaren (working crew) were organized, personable, polite, knowledgeable in all aspects, and hard working. Everyone started on time, and finished on schedule (a major accomplishment considering the magnitude of the project). I enjoyed having the crew around; they cleaned up as they worked as well as when they were done. Although there were minor things missed at the end of the project, management was quick to respond and correct any mishaps the next business day. I would highly recommend HomeSpec business to anyone seeking basement waterproofing projects in the future.

Efficient, knowledgeable crew who were very professional. Great dust prevention and thorough clean up. Following install I still had a couple of areas of concern with dampness, they came back modified drainage system, added additional membrane, completely reinstalled drywall and checked to make sure basement was completely dry following period if steady rainfall. Company sticks by their guarantee and quality of workmanship. I procrastinated on getting this work done, as I knew it would be a lot of year down of my finished basement, but I knew it had to be done. With transferable dry basement guarantee, I feel like this was a great investment and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend using this company.
