"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

They did work incorrectly never installing vents properly have tried to work with them but never got it fixed to this day. Very disappointed with response I am getting and so far no help and the work they did will void warranty on shingles if vent system is not fixed. I could use any help or advice on how to get this resolved so we can have confidence that our roof warranty is still good. This has been going on for 2 years. Please help."

Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! We however, do not specialize in auto glass.

I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience."
