Motor city always does an amazing job I would recommend them 100% I have used them for many projects for my business this last one was commercial gutters and as always awesome job

What a life saver!! Motor City Home Improvement does all of our contract work for two large apartment communities. We recently had a fire and Motor City came to the rescue within a few hours water was extracted and units cleaned so most of our resident went back to a normal life. They have also replaced all of our roofs, windows, siding, balconies, and gutters. We are very pleased and will use them again when needed.

This company did great work, contractors were friendly. The prices where very fair, I would hire them in the future..

First of all the estimate came in $3000 less than another company that was just attempting to gouge us! We’re senior citizens and we’ve seen that sort of thing in our neighborhood. They did an excellent job, excellent job matching the color of the roof, it was done in a timely manner. They were professional and took extra care working with our homeowners association to make sure it was consistent with the rest of the condo community.

They were fast and did a great job and after also took care in going over any questions I had.

Everything was great. Every person I had contact with was excellent. The install went as smooth as anyone could hope for. Any issue that came up was handled as promptly as possible. Fair price for excellent product and service. And when it's time for siding I know who I'm calling.

Very impressed with Greg and his team that helped to build our master bedroom and bathroom! The overall project was finished quickly and within our timeline, and we could count on Greg to answer our calls/call us back if we had any questions during the building process.

Work was good, supply chain was poor. Some workers didn’t want to wear masks. The customer asked for it, Greg told them to comply.

Siding went great only issue was the rubber roof sub contractor and Motor City got a new guy quickly and perfect now

STAY AWAY FROM GREG! I am not sure about the other crews, but our experience was horrible, it took 10 months to complete a garage. We were constantly contacting Greg to get updates because he was never there. My husband had to most of the general contractor duties including communications with inspectors. We had damage to our property outside of the project and to our neighbor's yard. Not to mention his crew was seen by my neighbor and her elderly mother urinating in their yard! The quality of work is not to par at all we already have a cracked garage floor and haven't even go to park in it yet, oh and it floods and so does our basement with the way they installed the gutters. AND HE MIS-REPRESENTS HIMSELF AS MOTOR CITY BUILDERS!!!!
