I asked him for a written estimate and he said it would be $1000 and non refundable. I told him he needed to go then. They came back next day with 2nd shelf insisting I did not order. I do not know how a family can get by with 1 little shelf for shampoos and soaps, or why one would be standard. They left wall unfinished and floor untrimmed. Minimal retrofit. It works. Plastic and chrome, but works for now. My other retrofit tub with 6 shelves cost $1750 installed labor + materials, 1/10th the price."
