Expensive $11.5K to put in a shower in place of a tub, done in one day. Asked for brushed nickel, but got chrome everything. Asked for 2 shelves but just got 1 which they say is standard. They came back next day with 2nd shelf insisting I did not order. I do not know how a family can get by with 1 little shelf for shampoos and soaps, or why one would be standard. They left wall unfinished and floor untrimmed. Minimal retrofit. It works. Plastic and chrome, but works for now. My other retrofit tub with 6 shelves cost $1750 installed labor + materials, 1/10th the price.

The shower looks great! Have not yet used it as we are waiting for the correct shower door. Keagen said it will take a couple of weeks.

Bathworks was a great company to work with. The install became more complicated than initially thought, but the installers took care of everything and the outcome was better than expected! They came back a few weeks later and fixed up a last few minute things and stayed in communication throughout the entire process.

We had 2 tubs/showers replaced in 2 different bathrooms. It's been 3 months since they did the work and we've been very happy! The replacement tub/showers are wonderful, we love them! And the guys that did the work were fantastic! It took them less than one day to do each tub/shower, so 2 days for both. From the first call to the end of the project, everyone was great. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Bathworks!

The service was good.

From beginning to the end everyone was considerate, professional, hard-working. The one instance with this was not true, I called the office and the problem was resolved immediately, as in within five minutes. My finished bathroom is beautiful, I received compliments on it regularly.
