always late. never prepared. has an excuse for everything. 4 months after the job he showed up and wanted more work. I told him I would have my husband call him because we weren't going to be home that night. luckily we had friends staying with us and when Billy showed up thinking no one was going to be home he was surprised! he was caught red handed digging in our vehicle. never got away with anything not that he didn't try.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! He scammed us $700. He NEVER did the job and he NEVER returned our money. It has been 2 1/2 months since we contracted with him to do the job and now have to sue him in small clams. He is a scammer.

Very unprofessional. Mr. Rhoads requested 50% down payment when I was providing all materials. I did not provid him 50% but did offer some money upfront. Throughout the whole time he was at my home he would beg me and my spouse for more money due to different hardships. He would wine and try to make us feel bad. Weird thing is he would ask me, I would say no than he would call and ask my spouse and vice versa! He did this about four times in less than a week! I found cigarette butts all over my property and my spouse and me had to spend a half day cleaning up our yard after they wre done. the work that was completed should have been done with in a day (possibly) a half. It took over a week with them only working partial days, long breaks, long lunches, not showing up till after noon and leaving before 5! I was provided an estimate of the services I requested without a break down of each individual job. Before any work was done I asked to see proof of insurance since some of the work requested would require getting up on my roof. I explained/stressed to NOT do any work on the roof until proof of insurance was provided. After a week or so when Mr. Rhoads was ready to complete the last task (on the roof) I requested proof again (5th time - every response "I forgot it" or "I couldn't find it"). This time he decided to confess that he did not have current insurance. I told him the job was complete and paid him what I felt was sufficient. The math came out to 15 hours of total work (in a week and 3 day's) at $66/hour. He had two men working with him so I felt it was more than reasonable. He than wanted to argue with me about money because he felt the job cost more (the estimate did not specify). I told him the job was complete and what I paid was sufficient. He signed my copy of the receipt and we parted ways. He is not texting my spouse and threatining to sue us when we paid him $66/hour to put up a privacy fence!!!! WOW!!!!!!! I do not recommend him or his services to ANYONE!!!
