"We hired them to paint the exterior of the house, replace some rotted boards and replace the gutters. They are not the lowest price in town, and there work quality was pretty good. However, they rushed to get the job done quickly and did not clean up properly. I found more than 100 nails on the patio, porches and brick walkways, in places where people will be walking in next week's graduation party. I had to go around the house picking up debris and paint chips. On the positive side, they were prompt, polite and didn't try to convince us to do things we didn't need to do, so we found them trustworthy."

"I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare. Doug was extremely difficult to deal with—unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, outright bullying. Midway through, he tried to pressure me into paying an extra $5,000 to finish the job. When I refused, progress stopped. I had to serve a Notice of Intent to Sue just to get it completed. To top it off, they placed the old, rotted bench back onto the newly finished deck—completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and disregard for quality and customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this company. If you're considering SKM, proceed with extreme caution and get everything in writing. My experience was costly, frustrating, and not something I’d wish on anyone."

"MoE was absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed a few rooms painted and I inquired about an estimate. They were the first ones to respond and offered an early estimate the next day. They were thorough with their measurements, talked to me as we went through each room about the process and what they would do/asked me what I wanted. The estimate came back within an hour. We accepted their job and they got to work the next day. The attention to detail is phenomenal. They removed all blinds, filled in nail holes, cleaned the air ducts in the living room and protected our flooring throughout. They communicated with us on a regular basis about what was accomplished and what was still left to do, each day. They were on time every single day. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, there was not a single thing left. We have more rooms to paint, along with our kitchen cabinets and we will be going with them going forward."
