"I hired them 3+ yrs ago for blinds/shutters for my new home. Spent about $35,000+ with them, they did a nice job. Called them back in April as I needed help with some extra large drapery rods. They told me the guy that handles this was out of the country and he would get back to me the following week. 3 weeks later never heard from him, so I called. Was told he’s a little behind and would call me in a day or so. Still haven’t heard from anybody…. It’s been a few weeks. I ended up getting help from someone else. The rod order was over $4,000…. I guess they are doing so well that they can’t be bothered with such menial jobs. Would not recommend them."
