+ -1 moreQuote was similar to other companies. Complete Auto Glass came out the next day, and replaced the windshield on my car and my husband's car. Art was courteous, professional, and did a great job! He arrived on time, got the work done, and everything was clean and neat afterwards.

+ -1 morePretty good. I had them to the mobile service since I work from home. I was given the 8-12pm time slot. I received a call right around 8am confirming my address, etc. The person who came out to do the work was very nice, professional. Unfortunately he was not told I had a windshield that had the rain sensor so he brought the wrong windshield. This did not effect me as I was working but he did have to run back to the shop to get the right window. I was able to watch him install the new window, which was interesting. He explained what things were and gave me the after care instructions verbally. The new window looks great.
Description of Work: The molding around my windshield was warped, needed that to be fixed. During my initial call the gentleman said typically when the windshield is removed is cracks so be prepared for a replacement. I was hoping they could remove the windshield, fix the molding, and then put the same window back in.

+ 1 moreThey were fast and friendly. I really appreciate them making time for me in my time of need. They worked with my insurance company and they even paid 100% of my deductible. They really turned a terrible situation into a great relief. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.
Description of Work: I needed to get my windshield replaced. When the tornado came through Grand Rapids I had some debris break it. I needed it done ASAP because it is my only way to get to and from work. I know they were busy because of the storm but they listened to my situation and came to my house within hours.

+ 1 moreComplete Auto Glass was the only company that was straight forward. They came to me for FREE. They covered 100% of my deductible. And they were the best price in town. The installer was great. Funny and very professional. It was a great experience from start to finish. I recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: I had a huge crack going across my windshield. I called around and was surprised how the pricing was so different and all these different companies had contingencies.
