Mr remote controlled blinds are great, I love them and the gentleman who installed them, Dave, did a superb job.

Drapery order took almost 3 months to receive waiting for backordered hardware. Installer did not install drapery as instructed. On smaller window drapery is very skimpy looking. Communication between company, decorator and owner is very poor. Owner is still waiting for drapery to be rehung correctly. When hardware order was changed to receive brackets earlier, owner still did not receive them sooner. Also charged the same for standard brackets as for decorator brackets. . I would definitely not use this company for drapery.

Shutters were made wrong -- communication about that is awful. All i keep hearing from the designer "not my fault" from the installer "not my fault" ... the manufacturer has no info.

Blindfolded I would hire them again

Both salesperson and installer were very helpful and accommodating.

Claudia measured the 20 windows when she first visited. All the prep work was done before arrival. The shutters were installed in one day. Every shutter fit. The Covians were efficient; the work was professionally done. They are an excellent sub- contractor.

Cheryl, the salesperson, Chris and Kevin, the measurers and installers, were all helpful as well as professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. The installation was very thorough and adjustments were handled well. Follow up call from Cheryl was appreciated. Great Job!

The friendly and knowledgeable in-home consultation was exactly what I needed since I didn't know anything about blinds. The installer did solid work, and I'm a happy customer.

My designer, Juli Thurston, made this process a delight. She had a zillion samples, but immediately pulled out the ones I needed when I described what I was looking for. She explained the shades, what they cost and when they could install them. They did everything beautifully and the shades were surprisingly affordable.
