"Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly service. We told them we had a leak. They came out, inspected and gave us a reasonable quote. Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."

"Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now."

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. "I had Martino Home Improvements replace my roof back in 2020, which the initial installation had a fair amount of issues ranging from improper tarping of the roof during the installation, which ended up with rain pouring into my house when it rained. Since the repair I have now had leaks and in multiple places along with improper venting, which has meant rusty nails and ice forming on nails, after spending 30k on the replacement they are now looking for another 1,450 to add more venting to fix their install. I am not impressed and wouldn't recommend them."
