GoTo Roofing installed 43 squares of Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles along with Malarkey accessories for Emerald Premier warranty and GoTo Roofing 10 year material and labor “no-leak” guarantee. The sales team was very accommodating in helping us to decide shingle style and color. The work crew completed old roofing removal, installation and cleanup in one day (12.5 hours). We obtained bids from 8 roofing companies and chose GoTo Roofing for Malarkey and for their quote. The crew was hard-working, skilled and friendly. We are very happy with the appearance of the house with the new shingles.

Start to finish a great company to work with. Jeff came out after I called the main office and provided a no-pressure / no-upsell proposal. Jeff helped work with our insurance adjustor to correct errors in the adjustor's estimate for the re-roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled day with everything they needed to do the job. They protected our deck, planters, air conditioner, etc with tarps to prevent damage during the re-roof. The crew had the old roofing stripped-off and replaced with new shingles in less than 8 hours. Clean-up was immaculate. The only way you could tell that they had been there at the end of the day was the beautiful new roofing. Dealing with Veronica in the office was also very pleasant. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Don't call anyone else! You should make GoTo Roofing your GoTo for your roofing needs! They are great! I filed an insurance claim due to hail damage. I worked with Dom and he was a huge help as this is my first time having to get a new roof and file an insurance claim. The crew that installed my roof was fast and efficient. They cleaned everything up after wards and were very respectful.

GoTo Roofing did a major siding project on my 19th century house in the late summer of 2023. This place has a long history and thus many issues that needed to be fixed prior to placing siding. GoTo Roofing did a fantastic job in all aspects!! From the initial meeting with Alden (one of their project assessors) to the day to day work with Mickey and his team I couldn't be happier. My project was more complicated that most and took a few weeks due to the amount of repair work needed. Mickey and his crew kept me up to date every day with what was going on and status. Every night before the crew left they packed up their tools and materials and made sure the areas were clear of debris!! They did such a good job at this that the night we got hit with 60Mph+ winds nothing was blown around or scattered!! If you are looking for a company for siding or roofing this is the one you want!!

From start to finish, GoTo Roofing was professional, transparent, and communicated with us every step of the way. Our initial contact person Steve came out to do the estimate for a total roof replacement on our recently purchased home. He was punctual, courteous, and went over roofing options without pushing us to buy the most expensive product, or selling us things we didn't need. The work crew who did the roof removal and installation made sure to protect our home and plants, and knocked the job out in half a day without leaving a trace that they were even at our house (which is really important if you don't want to be finding nails in your yard for the next several years). The professionalism and dedication shown to us by GoTo Roofing has forever earned them our business, and any referrals we can make.

These guys were excellent, ethical and went the extra mile to deal with a few situations which they simply could have ignored. Everything appears to have been done well and with a minimum of inconvenience to us. They communicated well and the sales staff knew their product well. The biggest disappointment was the price increase relative to last spring - but given shingles are petroleum based and gas prices have been driving everything up an amazing amount, it was understandable.

Great service and price and very professional. My only gripe is that the guys left drink bottles in the yard. Other than that the cleanup was impeccable and Steve went above and beyond to make the whole project go perfectly.

GoTo Roofing was very prompt in scheduling our serious roofing issues. I was not able to be there while they were working or was I able to inspect the finished job until a couple of weeks later. I was impressed with the workmanship! The chimney, vents and even the original lightning rods were blended and sealed perfectly! In addition, a piece of trim siding that had blown off the peak of the house was replaced-I would have never been able to get up there! I was thrilled at their kindness, replacing it even though it was not part of their job! This is the second time we have used GoTo Roofing-I HIGHLY recommend them!

First Eugene worked extremely well addressing my concerns what I wanted balancing quality and price. I had improper ventilation and roof leeks resulting in mold and wood issues. He advised me of the options for proper ventilation and and wood cost and priced several quality levels for the shingles. Installation was started when promised. They found that much of the roof had wood so damaged that a nail could be pulled by hand. They finished in one day even having to replace 50 sheets of OSB, remove box vents and install new ridge vents. 8 soffit vents were added and 3 gable vents were closed a few days after the roof was done bringing the ventilation to a proper level and up to code. The price estimated at about $11,100 included some wood and the soffit vents. Extra wood at the time I contracted for the job cost me an extra 2,200 but that would be higher today. PS I expect good service and have never given a all 5 star rating in my 72 years.

The crew was very conscientious, and thorough. They arrived as promised, completed the roof on schedule and cleaned up and left our property cleaner than how they found it. I was very impressed by not only their professionalism but also their friendliness. I will definitely be recommending GoTo Roofing to friends and family!

Roof and gutters are great. There was a misunderstanding on the fascia from what I asked for and what was replaced. Contract was not worded in clear enough (not itemized/quantified) on that line item, so I didn't realize that what the sales guy heard was different than what I was asking for. Ultimately a mistake on both sides that I didn't catch until much too late (also lowest cost portion of job). Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite, roof was finished in one day. Gutters turned out great, they sent another crew a few days later that was in and out in a half hour.
