All of the Rapid Roofing employees that we dealt with from the initial visit with Lee at our house to Gabriel and his team during installation were fabulous. Very professional and considerate to our needs. The process was very quick and had the roof done with in a week of contacting them. We recommend Rapid Roofing .

We recently had our roof replaced and chose Rapid Roofing for the job. When Mike came out to our house for the initial estimate he really took his time to assess our roofing situation and he answered all our questions. He then provided us with a no pressure estimate as well as financing options. We really like Mike: calm, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy. After talking to a few other contractors, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with Rapid Roofing. Mike came back for the shingle color selection and the actual roofing job was completed a few weeks later with a pretty large and hardworking crew (8 people) that worked all day (and part of the evening) to complete our roof. Everything looks great thanks to Rapid Roofing!

We had roof damage in the April wind storm and had a few companies out to give us a quote on replacing the entire roof. Rapid Roofing returned all calls very quickly and unlike a few other companies was never pushy throughout the whole process. We decided to use Rapid Roofing and they made it easy to pick a date for the job. They sent out a large crew and they all worked very hard in the day and a half the job took. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend Rapid Roofing to all of my friends

They were very professional and responsive. After the storm blew off almost half of our shingles, RHI came out the next morning and tarped the damaged areas. They met on our Property with our insurance company and the gutter supplier/installer and we had a new roof and gutter system within 2 weeks! It looks beautiful!

His team came bright and early, rolled up the tarp we'd placed over the leak and set it aside. They parked the rented dumpster in our driveway, laid down their tarps to prevent roofing materials and nails from getting in the yard, tore off the shingles we needed to replace, identified a mold problem we didn't know we had (emailing me pictures of it, as I was at work), then they procured the insulation and other materials needed to replace that moldy section. This effort increased the scope of what had been quoted, but Mike and his team communicated with me throughout the whole process and asked if I wanted them to deal with the mold problem (Yes). By the time I arrived home that evening (10 hours later), the work was complete and there was only some sawdust, a new roof, and our rolled up tarp to indicate they'd been there. Mike sent me before, during, and after photos, so we knew what had gone on. He followed up the next day to explain what they'd done, answer any questions, and explain why the mold had proliferated (a lack of vents and ventilation, which Mike's team corrected).

Extremely well. They gave us the best quote and the best service. They were the first company to call us to schedule an appt. Got it done all in one day. Cleaned up very well after the job was complete. Offered a great financing rate, even though we didn't need to finance. Will most likely be using them again for our siding and gutters next spring.

I am very satisfied with the work that Rapid did on my house. They came out and were able to diagnose a leak we had between an addition and the rest of the home. We had two contractors out before them and they couldn't figure it out. They just wanted to replace EVERYTHING to fix a small leak. Josh figured it out in about 15 minutes and described it in a way we understood. A week later their team came out and replaced that part of the roof and replaced the flashing. The whole thing was painless. It was affordable and it worked, what more can you say?

Not good. I recommended this company to my neighbor because they came through the neighborhood after there was hail damage. I asked for a quote for a new roof and sent them over to my neighbor's house. I never received my quote. As for my neighbor he scheduled an appointment to have Wayne come out and go through the damages with his Insurance agent. Wayne called an hour before and said he couldn't make the appointment. Hmm wasn't there any other competent person within the business that could of filled in and not screw the customer. I guess not. My neighbor came over after his insurance agent walked around the house and recorded the damages. He asked what I got covered and he told me what was covered on his house. I told him that his agent missed some items. We went and got the agent and walked around the house again. He missed the damaged siding, holes in the screens, damage to the AC coil and damage to his patio table. Thanks Wayne and the Rapid Company. You screwed another potential customer. You have let us down and it's unacceptable. You are suppose to be a professional company and this work is guaranteed through the insurance companies and you still can't get it right. Very poor communication, not reliable and to me a fly by night company. I would hate to see your final product. I'm glad you screwed up. Now the world knows you are a joke. Thanks for nothing but aggravation. Your company shouldn't be in business if you treat everyone like this

poor job on roof never returned to complete roof trust me when I tell u this rapid home improvement is the worst in Michigan please never use them to do roofing

Rapid Roof did a really nice job. We had a pretty bad leak and I'm sick of putting out buckets when it rains bad. The guys did a nice job. The guy in charge was named Adrian and he was nice. They were done in about half a day and cleaned up really well. Our dog was freaked out, but I guess there is nothing you can do about that. It makes a lot of noise. I'd recommend you get family to babysit your dog if you are getting a roof done. Rapid wasn't the cheapest, but I really didn't get a good feeling from the two other contractors that were. We also had one contractor come in a lot higher which was surprising. Overall, we're really happy with the roof.

We called Rapid Home improvement about 3 months ago because two of our neighbors had recommended them highly. We didn't think we were going to get the work done this year because it was getting late in the year and there is usually snow, but this year the weather was really mild and it was actually 50+ degrees when they installed the roof. We have a almost flat roof and it leaks all the time no matter how many times we pay people to fix it. Mike came out and measured and checked out our whole house. It was very thorough. After we talked to him he recommended this Durolast stuff that is like a pool liner, but better and is made totally in Michigan. Long story short, we had no idea this even existed and we really liked that it was made locally. We had a lot of wood replaced because it was rotten and the guys also installed a lot of insulation. We could tell right away that the insulation was working. I'll update this review later after we have a few months of utilities to compare. Overall, we had a great experience. There were a couple of things that came up that we didn't anticipate, but Mike and the owner Bill handled them really quickly and professionally. It makes sense that this stuff comes up because we don't have an attic to check in and so we had no idea that we basically had no insulation in our roof at all. They gave us a really good price and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was good and they are honest. Just love it!

It went great! We received great service from Rapid Home Improvement all around. They're crew was very careful with our driveway and landscaping and they were done in one day!

We needed a new roof on our house. We also needed new skylights.I was referred to Rapid Home Improvement (RHI) from Mark Pytiak of Green Home Energy, who had done some work in my home. I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred. From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations. He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing. He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day. He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job. He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had. We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both. His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident. The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged. One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly. The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention. Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied. We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights.

Just as they did in the quote cycle, their workers showed up on time, had all of the necessary materials with them, did a beautiful job on the roof tear off and replacement, and did not leave until everything was cleaned up. They spent a long day at our house in very hot weather. We provided a case of Gatorade to make sure no one became dehydrated. Later, the company followed up on the work very quickly to make sure we were satisfied and provided the warranty certificate without delay. It was a wonderful experience from end-to-end.

Solar system removal was 1 ½ days. They arrived and completed the job on time Total tear off and re-deck appointment was 8 am showed up on time and completed by 2:00 same day The workers are very nice gentlemen. I decided to get them donuts and pizza for lunch. They were very thankful Having dealt with RHI prior, I knew how they treated their customers. They strive for excellence and no unhappy customers. In the past 5 years they have done the following to my house: Solar System (2011) Complete siding and gutters (2013) Siding on shed (2015) Total tear off and re deck of Roof (2015) I would highly recommend RHI for any home improvement projects. Received warranty on roofing material also

lean up in one day. It went great! Our new roof looks great and we had no idea that part of the roof deck was rotting from a slow leak. The crew was really fast and professional. My husband and I were surprised that they were able to get all that work done and cleaned up in one day!

We had extensive damage from a fallen tree. Rapid repaired all of the damage and did a good job matching the materials to the undamaged part of the house. We had rafter damage that we didn't even know about and Bill found it during his assessment. They also helped us with our insurance company by taking good pictures and answering our adjusters questions. I was just about ready to burn the house down because I was so frustrated, but Bill really helped us out and made everything much easier than if we had to deal with the insurance company alone. The men working on the job were also very helpful and professional. I don't wish this kind of disaster on anyone, but if it does happen I would recommend Rapid Home Improvement! We will definitely be calling them for anything else we need and recommending them to friends and family. I think they also did the house on the next street over too.
