"Everything went very smoothly. Sam, the plumber, and is highly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 faucets, 2 sink plugs, two valves, and two supply lines. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."

McCrea identified it was due to leaking refrigerants and promise fixed the issue. Our electric bill was extremely high the following two months and the heat pump was not cooling in Spring 2021. We are out of labor warranty and charge us with $89 diagnostic cost after membership discount. It took three days for them to send someone to check while we suffering 90F in our house. They identified the compressor dead and need replacement. They charge $1900 for labor after membership discount. Most likely cause of the compressor failure is "suicide" with assistance. Low refrigerant at beginning and over change in later repairs likely contributed the short life."
