Had my Heat Pump System bi-annual maintenance done today by Austin, and he was very personable, informative & professional, as all technicians from Holtzople have been, that I've had the pleasure of maintaining my system. Would recommend Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services to anyone looking for a company that they can truly trust and rely on to be professional, dependable and courteous.

Had an initial consult for a mini-split system with Tyler. Everything about the process so far has been superb, and I'm a bit difficult to please. They communicate, they're prompt, curteous, professional, clean, knowledgeable, everything you'd expect. It is obvious that they hire good people and train them well. From the beginning, I could not be happier with Holtzople. Mo did an outstanding job in listening to what I wanted and explaining the different options available that would fulfill my wants and needs. He did not pressure, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of each system form a performance and cost standpoint. Once I decided on a system, he set up a time that worked best for me to have the system installed. Holtzople sent the A team out. Andrew contacted me to let me know they were on the way and once there, Andrew, Dwane and Will discussed any concerns with me before they started. They pulled the old system out, kept the area clean and updated me with the progress and whenever there were any questions. Dwayne found the perfect spot for the return air duct and installed it after getting my agreement. The three of them worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up after they were done. Andrew and Will walked me through setting up the thermostat app on my phone. They went through the entire system and pointed out the features in the quote, where they were located and how to perform the basics. Overall, I am very happy with the entire process from quote through install.

Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. This shows in our semiannual service plan visits as well as the rare emergency needs that pop up like the situation discussed above. And we have been very happy with our TRANE HVAC units. We will have Holtzople as our HVAC company forever. We highly recommend them to all our local friends and neighbors in central Maryland. Simply a great company with great people. 👍

My A/C stopped cooling on one of the hottest days of the summer. Corey from Hotzople Heating and Air Conditioning came out, did his assessment, explained in detail and showed me what needed repaired. A/C was up and running in no time. Highly recommend!

We hired Holtzople to replace our second floor HVAC system. The installation team (Shane, Reed, and Eric) did an excellent job, completing the job promptly and professionally. They were very courteous in all our interactions and respectful of our home leaving everything as clean as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Holtzople based on my experience with them.

Had my A/C unit replaced by Holtzople, Shane, Eric and Braxton were the technician onsite for the work. What a breath of fresh air! Extremely. O potency, customer service, and efficiency. Today when, customer service to be a buzz word this company lives and provides it! Will totally use the again!

I was dealing with another company and called Holtzople for a 2nd opinion. From my very first phone call to the final installation I was very pleased with the service and response time. Not only did they send someone out the same day, they did not charge for the 2nd opinion and gave me thorough explanation as to what was going on. Absolutely wonderful! Never disappointed with the work performed by our technician, Corey White. He did a normal maintenance on our Trane furnace and heat pump. He answers all of your questions, and never rushes through the appointment. He treats your equipment as if it were his own. We are so pleased with the level of customer service provided by Corey. Tim came to our house today to do the semi-annual preventative maintenance check-up on out HVAC system. Tim called to tell us that he would be here 20 minutes ahead of arrival. He was very polite, friendly, and thoroughly professional in checking out our HVAC system.

Everything from sales, customer service, installation and the electrical work was great! The split HVAC unit functions perfectly and appears to be the perfect size for the job.

Rick Brenton performed the annual fall service for our heating system. He did a great job and was very comfortable to work with. We’ve been with Holtzople for a number of years, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the system they installed when our old one wore out and with the service we have received.

Tim came today to give our HVAC system its semi-annual check-up. He phoned ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. Every technician from Holtzople that has come to our house has been thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. These folks are well trained, top-notch HVAC professionals.

Bayley, Colby and Andrew arrived on time as scheduled (6:30 a.m. due to extreme heat forecast) to install new HVAC system. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the entire installation process. The system was tested, explained and the temperature set before they left. They were also respectful of our property and were careful to clean up and remove all trash when finished.

He was alos respectful of our home, being sure to wear shoe coverings when inside. The work was performed professionally and was reviewed with me before his departure.
