I needed the work done today. Although he was on another job, he was at my house as soon as he was done there. He clearly explained how he was going to diagnose finding a hidden water leak and provided a cost estimate. As the job progressed, any changes to the work, he clearly explained why and any estimate modification. He finished the diagnostic task and explained the next steps of insurance involvement and what my options were. He did professional work and communicated very well. I plan to hire him on my next project.

Joe isolated the problem and fixed the leak and came back to replace hose bibs, stuck valves and toilet seal. He looked over our plumbing and gave solid advice for upkeep.
