Description of Work: Replaced my furnace and fixed duct work that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Exceptional service. Work was done on time and estimate was spot on when I received the bill. Would use them again in a minute.

+ -1 moreThey put in a new system. They had to take everything existing out. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished in a week. They were clean and efficient. It was not an easy task. They cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. The owner explained everything to us.

Their employees and always prompt, courteous and professional and ALWAYS do an excellent job with cleaning up before they leave. Their prices are reasonable and I like dealing with locally owned companies as opposed to the nationally owned companies. I would highly recommend R.W. Harrell to all of my friends and relatives for their HVAC needs.

Description of Work: We use R W Harrell's Pump Service Inc. We have an annual service contract with them. They installed our new air conditioner several years ago. They come out once a year.
