The scope of work included all new framing and drywall (up to code, unlike before they came in), replacing that damn stucco ceiling with new drywall, upgrading the bathroom and kitchenette, new flooring, new basement door and replacing the ancient basement window, plus upgrades to the interior basement stairs and bathroom exhaust fans. We are also ISA Certified Arborists and offer complete plant health care, tree services, including tree removals, tree structure evaluation, soil analysis and Management.
