We are thrilled with the work that Ali and Leo of HandyPro did for us. Their style recommendations resulted in beautiful features inside and outside our home. We were able to update our walkway and patio with remarkable stone while adding a lift that gives us the accessibility we need for a parent in a wheelchair. Our bathroom was also renovated to be fully functional for our mother while boasting a modern, sleek finish. Ali and Leo were very responsive to our requests and quickly addressed any issues that came up throughout the project. We are grateful for their hard work and diligent craftsmanship. Before my 96-year-old father moved in with us, I contacted Handypro of Washington to assess our house for needed safety modifications. Ali came out and walked through the house, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and proposed helpful modifications. Despite me changing my mind a few times as to which modifications I wanted done, Ali accommodated me without complaint. His crew efficiently installed an attractive grip bar in my raised foyer (above the step into the kitchen), 2 grab bars in the shower, and a handrail for my garage steps. My father uses them all today, which gives me much peace of mind. For future modifications/installations (possibly a chairlift and a second handrail for the basement stairs), I will call Ali and Handypro again. I am pleased with their work!

The chairlift is excellent. The team that installed the Bruno chairlift were polite, professional, and efficient. They willingly made adjustments after install to accommodate the user after she had used the chairlift, to ensure her comfort during use. Several days after initial install, they returned to make further fine tuning adjustment that the user had requested. The install team is terrific. The user if very satisfied. This company is FANTASTIC! I had ACL replacement surgery in December 2019 and didn't want to be confined to one floor in my house. They came ahead of my surgery to explain my options, then came to install the chair lift the day before. They were on time, totally professional and just delightful. Look no further if you're considering a chair lift to rent or buy (I rented mine since I'm up and about now!).
