"Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."

"I can't say enough good things about Reinaldo and his team at RF Home Improvement. The addition attached to the rear of the house, which is adjacent to the Kitchen. They covered all of the walls to minimize the inconvenience to us during construction. They were thoughtful not to break through the exterior wall into the interior until the entire addition was air tight and insulated. Even then, they placed barrier walls to minimize the dust in the house. The work is top quality. The team was there every day even though the project began over the winter. I highly recommend RF Home Improvement"

Emily Nobrega(34 Depot St #C Broad Brook, CT) is a perfect example, as the screen shots show how she “can’t wait to mind **** people into a fat paycheck.” She’s likely under the influence of drugs like she was when she dated the man who stole multiple guns from Smith and Wesson, Elliot Perez. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. She was only hired because she knows the hiring manager. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself. "If I could leave 0 stars I would. It started well, we were contacted immediately and scheduled an appointment. Our salesman came out and had a great personality and wasn’t pushy. We picked flooring to be installed on 7/13. On 7/12 I received a call from a woman (in the office) who informed me the they weren’t sure the material would work in our sunroom. She said she was going to contact the installers and get right back to me. This is where everything became unprofessional. First this woman never contacted me again. But I did receive a text saying I needed to accept the changes made to my order. I looked over the information and didn’t see any changes except the date form 7/13 to 7/17. I contacted empire to ask what changes had been made and also I explain about the conversation I had with the woman earlier about the flooring material not working. They assured me everything was fixed and we moved the install to 7/20. 7/19 we received a reminder of our appointment and we moved everything out of of sunroom to prepare for the install. Morning of the install we received a call letting us know all of our materials were loaded onto the truck and on its way to us at some point of the day. Almost 3 hours later I missed a called from a man from empire. His message went on to say that our salesman had made a mistake and should have contacted us, that they would not be able to do the flooring as plan because the material was not up to par with our sunroom and would fail. So my biggest problems with empire is they don’t seem knowledgeable, nobody seem to really know what was going on, it was a waist of my time and I pulled my credit for this. And even worst no one was responsible and everyone just passed the blame. Not a good company if you ask me. I will never go through empire"
