Was attempting to get an estimate on a small job - back exterior door replacement - made an appointment, and was told that my husband should be there "all the decision makers". When I advised that my husband was not the decision maker, I was again asked for his availability since he would need to be there. I told her that my husband did not have to be there for an estimate and I could handle it. This went on and on, and eventually I cancelled my appointment.

I could not even get to the appointment with these folks! I had to sign up for an appointment time when requesting a quote and then received several calls over the next few days to sign up for an appointment or confirm details. Finally they told me the time selected was not available. I cancelled. If they cannot even make an appointment correctly...

Victor was very professional and great to deal. He brought samples of the material they use, explained their process, prices and warranty in detail. He returned to discuss additional questions and even did better on the price. While Yankee was not the lowest quote we got, they were competitive and took the time to answer all of our questions and had actual samples of the siding they use. I will update this review when we have the actual work done with pictures. So far we are very comfortable with them.

If you dont want this company to respond to a legal MA Demand letter, which they have 30 days to respond- THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! If you want to make monthly payments on a project you cant even use, leaks, is not level, and your embarrassed to show -THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! Stay tuned for my you tube video's of rain pouring in, black mold, doors installed wrong, locks installed backwards etc! One last tip, the pink contract they want you to sign, turn it over and read where it says by signing this contract you waive your right to sue them!! Think hard about that!

This was a great company. My husband had to go to the hospital for medical issues. I explained the situation to them and they refunded my money. The owner came out to our property, he was wonderful and understanding. I would recommend them anytime!

I was first scheduled to meet with this company on 4/29, but they called minutes before the appointment to cancel, promising they would give me a free gift card for the inconvenience of rescheduling. That was Lie #1 in a pattern of lies and broken promises from Yankee Home. They returned to my home days later, but did not give me the gift card that they promised. Three people showed up at my home in two separate cars, but one stayed outside and never came in, inexplicably. I then was forced to endure a 2+ hour high-pressure sales pitch for the ugliest, most expensive replacement windows I have ever seen. The sales guys went on and on and on about how wonderful and energy efficient HIS windows were compared to his competitors, all the time spewing lie after lie, such as his claim that 70% of a home's heat is lost through the windows (it's more like 18%). The bottom line is that this company did NOT show up on the original date of the appointment, did NOT deliver on it's promise to compensate me for the inconvenience of rescheduling, is NOT trustworthy and will say or promise ANYTHING to convince you to buy their $1000 ugly replacement windows. Do not waste your time with Yankee Home Improvement unless you want to overpay for replacement windows with thick frames and ugly welds.

work went well, and follow up was immediate, only complaint is that the holders that keep the vinyl covers over the screens continue to fall off, and they never came back to replace them.

They did a very good work. They were excellent too. I was at work when they came here but my husband was here and he told me that we have some small space but the people that worked was able to get in and out of that space. They have been wonderful.

Gave us an estimate on a roof. Very expensive, but a seemingly good product. Exceedingly long and very pushy sales pitch.

I would not recommend Yankee. They have had to come back for repairs on two separate occasions, once to install vents that were omitted from the original installation and to fix incorrect installation of roofing materials. They came out a third time to assess an issue but never came back to make the repairs that they said they would. I believe they have been plagued by taking on more than they can handle. Each time they have come it is with a new crew although they state that they do not use subcontractors. It generally takes escalation to the owner or management to get matters dealt with.

It was good. The price seemed reasonable for the work they did. They did a fine job in adverse circumstances because it was February. They still have to follow up on something and I was going to call them this week and remind them. They have a couple of things they still have to do.

They seemed fine, and there was nothing wrong with them, but their price was expensive. They showed up when they said they were going to, we discussed what we wanted done, they were professional, and they were good.

The worker that they had, they only had two, were good workers. They were very friendly and professional. They were hard workers. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints.

Hi We just had (7) replacement windows and (1) patio door installed by Yankee Home Improvement. First the replace windows Yankee sells are manufacturer by OKNA, what a will design and good looking window. The two workers that came install the windows and patio door completed their work in one day. They worked as a team and installed each window with no issues. Real craftsmanship in their work. In today's world sometimes this is hard to come by. When completed they did nice job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Yankee Home Improvement to everyone. From the sales person to the installers they were outstanding. No issues what so ever. Thanks again Yankee Home Improvement! Kevin

of the 4 people who started the job, no one spoke english. i could write a book about this job gone wrong. i'm willing to take this matter to anyone who's think about this using this contractor, to come to my home and see for yourself their workmantship. i can also explain the many issue that i have, and still have.

Spent a lot of time with us going through different options. Required a down payment to secure the bid and a second to begin production. Since the secone payment (5/8/13), we have not heard from them. Cannot comment on quality as they have not delivered or built anything up to this point. Just waiting for the manufacturing part to be completed.

Yankee Home Improvement Inc.'s quote was reasonable. They got back to me right away. They asked questions so that they could be more accurate in their bid. They were smooth. They did some research about it and they were able to get back to me with more knowledge.

They did a beautiful job. They were clean and they picked up. They didn’t damage our yard. They were fast and pleasant. They were very considerate.

They were really good. They were nice and we have used them before for other windows.

They were fantastic. They were clean, neat, tidy, and picked up every piece of debris there was from the old gutters. The new gutters look great and are the kind that keep leaves out and prevent ice jams. They charged a fair price. They did a great job and made sure everything fit together properly. The new gutters look wonderful and added value to my house.

The people from Yankee Home Improvement were very good. They were efficient, organized, and polite. They did a good job. The customer service part of them is odd. We are very pleased with the quality of what we got.
