The Renovator's Supply Inc

We purchased the product from them about 3 years ago. We recently got around to installing the product when we did our remodeling. There is not a hole to mount the faucet in. The product description clearly states "sink with a faucet hole". So when we called, they wanted to know why we were calling so late, since we have had the product for 3 years time. We stated that we were just now doing the installation of the product and the product is still in their catalog. They refuse to do an exchange for us. Because the sink glass in tempered, it will destroy it if we try to have a hole put in it for the faucet to be mounted. The customer service representative asked me, "how do you know that the product you purchased did not have a hole drilled in it". She admitted in either case, that we bought something that is defective. It is a corner sink and the faucet needs to be mounted on the sink, cannot be mounted on the wall. We argued that the product description states this in the product catalog and it is still being sold with that description. Now we are stuck with a sink and faucet that cannot be installed and cannot be exchanged or returned.
