Edian’s extraordinary attention to details is so far beyond my expectations, that he actually improved upon my architect / engineer’s structural design. I will admit that I expect much much more than most & Edian truly exceeded my standard of ‘triple redundancy’ when it comes to structural strength, safety & my ‘100 year goal’ for major ‘capital’ level projects. His work is so above and beyond, that several tradespeople have commented on the extraordinary level of workmanship! I have had the pleasure of working with Edian on 2 huge reconstructions of porches. For both, he scheduled well in advance and then he & crew showed up a few days early, completing these massive projects on time. Yes, you read that correctly, ON TIME. He & his crew have an exceptional ‘culture!’ They were here everyday, without exception, always cheerful & laser focused on their dedication to getting the job done according to Edian’s strict codes of on time progress. Joe and John were very meticulous in doing all the pre-measuring all the way through the construction, including the very meticulous finish work, which I need to give a shout out to Joe who is an excellent finish carpenter. Valerie was very informative when she came and gave us an estimate and was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner Pierre is very hands-on which was a very nice touch from a customer experience aspect. we had a couple tricky areas in the kitchen and due to their knowledge and experience, and they’re fine attention to detail every aspect of of the job far exceeded our expectations. we would highly recommend them and would like to thank all the crew for doing such a great job for us"

"  With baby #2 on her way, we decided to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms so it worked with our growing family. Marc and his team did a great job working with us in the short amount of time given. He was attentive to our ideas, and offered his own ideas which we found very helpful. Him and his team were professional, walked me through the process, keeping me in loop every step of the way and really did his best to fulfill our needs and more! He was tentative in answering our questions and acted quickly when we had concerns. His team showed up when promised, worked hard and completed projects in a timely and professional manner. Ma design and construction company was a pleasure to work with and I’m happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Ma Design and would definitely work with them again in the future."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
