Completed project took over 6 months…..salesman who we initially worked with was not very professional and do not return phone calls or emails……the only good thing were the workers who installed the sunroom…still waiting on inspection and walk around with someone from the company"

From having a salesperson walk us through the options, to them offering financing to then having a project manager managing the very easy going crew from beginning to end their front end office and back end all provide 5 star service. My wife and finished our basement of 960 + sqft with an additional bathroom. They worked with us around some of our custom tile work demands and helped us find a third party and always gave us the option to go with their option and/or we could shop for an alternative of which they would let us know if we would be allowed a credit based on the prepaid work. Coordination of pulling permits and approvals were all done by them and we didn't have to deal with any vendor bottlenecks as they were the ones that coordinated between the electricians, plumbers etc...overall a 5 star experience couldn't ask for more!"

They did not do that and they knew nothing of this. Called that very day to Long Baths, left message to call back. No call back! Called a few times and finally spoke to representative. She said she would have someone call us. No call back! Called one of the salesmen. He remembered our conversation of wanted one wall to be extended to cover a problem area. He also said he would call us back. No call back! Its now, 2 weeks later and still no call back?? Bottom line, do not contract Long Baths â bad customer relations!"
