Luciana was fantastic; in 3 hours she had my bath and kitchen sparkling. She took everything out of the fridge and cleaned every shelf and drawer then wiped the top of everything before putting it back in the fridge. The stove got a thorough scrubbing and the interior was wiped down (it is lined so the interior did not need much cleaning).

I really really liked her work. She did an amazing job. Parking was a challenge and made things difficult, but their work was exceptional. I would hire them again

Cleaner contacted me originally within hours of buying deal. All other communication was very slow, taking 3-4 days to get back to me. Asked for time of arrival many times, was finally told cleaners would arrive around 12:30 on scheduled day. Took half day off work and passed on usual overtime to meet cleaners. Now 5 PM, no call, no email, no show. Emailed cleaner at 2:30, no response.

Services never performed after months of trying to arrange a date. Scheduling was a challenge; they kept putting me off. When I asked why in an they said they "prioritize" their regular customers over Angie's List deal customers. I called Angie's List and cancelled.

She has cleaned for me twice and I cannot wait for her to come back. It's like a whole, new house from top to bottom.

That worked out great. I am having them come once a month. It's not really that much with all the traveling, but they do a good job and I have them working for me. There are 2 of them and they are there for about a hour and a half. I know cleaning gets expensive these days.

They never contacted me. I called them a few days after the service was purchased. Left voicemails, and maybe emails Never got a response.

My first time hiring a cleaning service and Prime Enterprise was absolutely fantastic! Purchased the service from one of Angie list special offers as the deal was too good to pass up. I was very specific on the date and time need for cleaning and they accommodated my request. I was not there for actual cleaning but my wife said they were on time, very pleasant and really did a fantastic job. Last time I remember the house smelling that clean was when we first moved in to home. We plan on continuing with service as not only did they do a great job but the regular pricing is very reasonable.

SOME AREAS, THE STOVE & A FLOOR PROBLEM WERE GREAT. BUT TOO MUCH WAS NEVER DONE. ONE ROOM LEFT OUT. ONE GOT FLOOR ONLY. THE CLEANING LEFT OUT THE CORNERS AND EDGES WHICH IS WHAT IS PAID FOR REALLY. NOTHING WAS 'POLISHED'. I SO LOOKED FORWARD TO MY CHINA CABINET BEING POLISHED. I JUST CANNOT GET THE BASE, BACK LEGS ETC. NO BASEBOARDS, WINDOWSILLS, AND FEW BLINDS. ETC. ETC. I DOUBT I WOULD EVEN TRY ANOTHER CLEANER. REALLY FELT LET DOWN. NOT MY PLACE TO HAVE TO SUPERVISE. THE TWO WOMAN WERE CONSTANTLY WORKING AWAY AND BROUGHT ALL THEIR OWN TOOLS AND INGREDIENTS ETC. DO NOT KNOW WHY ONLY A SHORT LIST WAS DONE.

They did an excellent job. I would use them again. They are professional.

The best housecleaning so far. We have called a few others before and all of them were A rated on Angies list but I had the best experience so far with Prime Cleaning. They were very professional and they left the house spotless. Definitely calling them on a regular basis.

I've debating having someone come to clean for years. I finally took the plunge and I'm so glad we did! Communication was great, they responded quickly and they worked around our schedule. They were thorough and I never would have been able to get my house so clean. Thank you!

Luciana was able to accommodate a last minute request right before Thanksgiving and did a fantastic job. I hired her to do a monthly cleaning going forward and am now going to twice a week.

Luciana did a wonderful and thorough job with helper. My house was clean, dust free and floors were sparkling. Bathrooms were scrubbed deeply and the whole house smelt wonderful. Total time 3 hours. Because of winter storm she was unable to come on Saturday-but worked on her day off Sunday. Very nice person would highly recommend.

They came with 3 people stayed only 1 hour. When I sent an email asking why? Was rude and no resolution was proposed.
