We employ roughly 20 seasonal employees. We carry liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance and state unemployment insurance. "You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. He genuinely cared that we were happy and cares about his reputation. This care is evident in the quality of his completed projects. He’s also just super nice and a pleasure to work with!"

The very next day he called me back, much to my surprise because anyone living on the cape knows contractors are notorious for not calling back. He and his team quickly did the work. I was amazed how fast and neat they were. The work was completed in a day and a half. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! they cleaned out leaves that have been there for years and removed some trees and added wood mulch. They also added mulch around the flower beds, trees and around my fish pond. I highly highly recommend Dony Santos!!! I would give him and his crew 10 stars if possible."

Without sufficient expertise, you could encounter several problems, including improper placement and leveling of sand or improperly compacted soil, leading to an uneven surface. For these reasons, hiring a professional paver patio installer is advisable to build the patio of your dreams.
