Ken Baba and Son Landscaping

Not good never came back to me with a price or proposal. I would not recommend them for any job, they were totally unprofessional.

he had too many clients and forgot about me. then the price we agreed upon was not on the invoice.

The crew of three worked non stop and did a great job. They knew what they were doing. Had to dig out a lot of soil and grass which had been moving into the flower beds for years. I'm sure what they accomplished in a little over four hours would have taken me a month. The price did come in quite a bit more than the estimate, but it was worth it.

I thought they were expensive for what they have done. It just took too long to get them to respond to stuff. They did not return phone calls.

$They arrived as scheduled and rather quickly after we had requested their service. Went to work immediately and were finished in what seemed very reasonable time. We have used this company before and do not have them on a regular basis, so greatly appreciate them responding to us and helping us with the things we need help with.

The crew actually did much more than I had contracted for. They worked fast, cleaned up everything, and in one day had the place looking great. They had to remove a lot of debris from the yard and take it to the dump. They also took down two overgrown trees that were overpowering the house. I will use them as my landscapers all summer.

I've been using him for over 20 years. He's definitely a good service provider.

They do the work on a weekly basis since 2013. They're the only landscaping company we've ever had. It went excellent as usual. Every time we get a bill from them, I'm surprised of the reasonability. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Outfit I met was courteous, timely, and professional, would use again. Should not be listed for seasonal snow removal. Ken Baba stated he had fixed commericial snow work that kept him busy and was not interested in doing residential snow work. No recommendation for finding snow service.

Plant shrubs, trim dead branches, clean out large bed in front, mulch....fantastic job, my house looks great!!!!

Ken was responsive to first communication, turned up on time to assess what needed to be done, garden had not been touched since beginning of November (5 months). Crew turned up at arranged time and worked solidly - cleared a lot of leaves, branches, pine needles. Trimmed shrubs touching house and trimmed ornamental grasses. Thatched lawn and cut grass. Removed all debris and disposed thereof. Ken and his crew will be grass cutting and doing maintenance going forward.

We had all our mature plantings removed in the front of our home as well as the side gardens. We wanted to start "from scratch" and Ken and Sean selected the plantings, offered ideas and completed the work in the time they had determined it would take. They also replaced and re-routed a pipe in the front of the house that had been exposed and unsightly. They redesigned the frontage by adding some sod which gave us more lawn. They were so professional and reasonable we had them back to do our fall cleanup. I need to add that Ken has been in touch with us several times to be sure that we are satisfied with the work and that all is going well. I have called him for a couple of other "incidentals" and of all the professionals I've needed in the past Ken is ranked #1 in my book. He returns calls, responds and completes the work in a most timely and efficient manner and is head and shoulders above the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Ken & his crew were topnotch in every way - from Ken's answering (on the 1st ring!) my original call for an estimate through completion of the job. Ken came out and provided an estimate within a few hours of my call, then scheduled the work for the following week. Sean & the crew arrived exactly on time and worked steadily through completion of the project. Ken arrived near the end to review that all had been done to my expectations & satisfaction. The quality of the guys' work was excellent in all regards, and the cleanup was thorough - not even a stray branch was left behind. The extensive work done exceeded my expectations - I highly recommend Ken Baba & Son Landscaping!

They took about 3-4 hours to do all the work with 3-4 men. Did an excellent job. They said they were going to come back out in a few weeks to do more work. Came out to repair fences in my yard. Completed this in 2 and a half days. Their prices are very reasonable. I will use them in the future.

They started in the morning and worked through the day till after 6PM. There are nine large flower beds surrounding the property and I have not mulched them for two years. They weeded, cleaned up the branches and carefully mulched around my plants.

Kens crew arrived early to my summer home. After a winter like we had it needed lots of work. They did everything we discussed including more than I expected. The guys were extremely professional and worked non stop until the job was complete. I would most definitely use Ken for any of my landscaping needs in the future . Not only am I very pleased with the work but the price was less than we discussed.. Yes less than we discussed!! Thank you Ken. Great Job!

They are an excellent company, and we would use them again. It was a crew with a large snow blower, as well as guys with shovels. They came when they said they were going to come, and they did a good job. They do other things like landscaping.Considering he had a number of men that had come, I think the price was reasonable. These are the men who do the landscaping for him.

I had found this name on Angie's List and, due to the many good reports, it was the first number I called. He answered immediately and told me he would come to look at the job the next day. It happened that he was going to be later than he anticipated and rather than leaving us waiting he called to let us know he was delayed. Upon arrival he checked the work to be done explaining in detail what he felt was necessary, as well as unnecessary in some cases. Gave us a satisfactory estimate and, after checking with his foreman, told us he would have men out the next day. They arrived, immediately started working, and did not stop until the work was completed and all debris removed by them.

The team of three men showed up on time even though their dump truck had broken down that morning. They got right to work and continued nonstop till the job was complete. They were polite and professional and consulted with us to make sure which branches we wanted removed. They did a graet job with the pruning and they yard looked more open and neat after they finished. I would highly recomend them.

Ken was great right from the start. He came out the very next day to give us an estimate, and walked us through the estimate so we would fully understand the written estimate when it was emailed to us. The estimate indicated that they would begin work the following Monday if we hired them. When we did hire them, we got a call a call from Ken, saying his crew would like to start the same day. His crew of 3 came and they were fabulous! They were polite, worked hard and totally knew what was to be done. They had a system which was unbelievably efficient. They were very flexible if we wanted to adjust something. Ken remained in contact with us throughout the job. We could not have been more pleased. We will definitely use them again in the spring and would definitely highly recommend to anyone on the Cape!
