Work was done in 2015. An uneven settlement since then in the paved patio floor; one of the seating walls is no longer stable. They rebuilt chimney but did not clean out flue from the furnace and caused it to vent into my basement creating a dangerous situation that I luckily discovered from an energy audit later in the year. Work was done late and last minute. Some of the work quality was good. I have to pay another mason now to re-level the patio and rebuild the seating wall.

I hired this company to put in a simple patio. Rocco the owner did not do the job himself. He hired someone who did not finish the job because Rocco fired them. He rushed through the completion of the job which the results were very unsatisfactory .We gave him ample time (many months) to correct the mistakes and never once did he take the opportunity. His price was way to high for an unprofessional and unsupervised job.

Able landscaping did an excellent job and did everything he said they would do. Very kind and nice people. I would absolutely recommend them.

Rocco was very attentive to the this project from the beginning. When I was searching for a contractor, he followed up regularly without making me feel pressured. He made me feel that he really wanted the job, and that was why I hired him. He and the guys were very professional and polite on the job site, and did great work. They made me feel as if they were constructing a patio for a friend, not a customer. We ran into some site obstacles during the installation, but they figured it out and made everything work. I definitely recommend them.
