Bathtub tile walls and walls and floors in showers are nearly all repairable…it’s what I specialize in…the young guys never learned ‘repair’, just wreck out the old and build it new…that’s an option for me, but not the only one. Honestly, I prefer doing everything myself if I can…I do all the supporting carpentry for my tile and stonework, that is, sub-flooring, wall building, and countertop preparation…my tile work is expert and some years ago I won an award from The Providence Preservation Society…that was for restoration work in an old and wonderful east side home !
