Kelly A Francis Paint

Excellent! Kelly did a great job painting and cleaning up. She painted one bathroom and the finished basement. She also took down the exterior shutters, repainted them and put them back up. Would definitely hire again!

The room looks fantastic right down to the very last detail. I have had many contractors and painters come into my home over the past 20 years and you can tell right away when you have found someone who actually cares to do the work the right way. The room we wanted painted was for our 7 year old daughter an as many parents can attest girls have strong feelings on how they want things to look. Kelly understood what my wife and I wanted for our daughters room but what I found impressive is she sat down with my daughter an went through the paint chart with her. Not many people would take the time out of their busy schedule to sit and listen to the child who isn't paying them for the work. Kelly then helped guide her to what my wife and I wanted to see for colors in her room and all the while my daughter felt like it was her decision all along. Kelly was just fantastic! Then you look at the room it was perfect. No drips, no misses, everyone hole spackled her attention to detail was just as impressive as the time she spent with our daughter. We would definitely recommend Kelly Francis Paints she is in my humble opinion as good as there is. Thank you Kelly!

Amazing. Kelly helped us pick colors, did beautiful work and was very responsive to our requests. She stayed in touch before the job to let us know when she'd start and finished the job in a timely fashion. This is the second job Kelly has done for us and we continue to be impressed.

Kelly deserves an A++! She did so much for us, well above and beyond what we asked of her. She was flexible (we had to change the dates a few times because of changes in the closing date) and she was not only prompt but she arrived very early in the morning to make sure there was time to complete the job (and she in fact finished earlier than promised!). She is professional but also personable and friendly. Her color recommendations were perfect, she has an amazing eye. The painting itself was done well, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend her!!!!

I originally hired Kelly to remove wallpaper in a room I was planning to paint myself. Her price for the job was reasonable and she showed up on time and finished the job more quickly then expected. I was very happy with her work and pricing, so I decided to hire her to paint the area she's just removed the wallpaper from. When she was done with the painting, I was so happy with her work I then hired her to remove wallpaper and paint my living room. Then my dining room. Then a hallway. Then a bedroom. Next you thing you know she's prepped and painted about 2/3 of my house and it looks fantastic! It's so hard to find good contractors, so when I found Kelly and saw how good her work was and how reasonable her pricing was, I just kept hiring her for more and more work until I ran out of rooms. I'm going to hire her again next year to do some exterior painting that couldn't happen this year due to weather/how late it was in the season, and probably for a few more rooms internally as I figure out what I want to do with them. Overall, she's an A++ in my book and I've been recommending her to friends and family.

Beyond expectations. All work was done professionally and friendly. All area were cleaned to perfection and a super guarantee was given. I will need some outside painting and will hire her in a New York minute.

Kelly is the best! I was anxious and overwhelmed by the task of choosing colors and Kelly was masterful in helping me make selections. She has fantastic taste and an artistic eye. She wasn't pushy and was able to help me figure out the colors that worked best for me. I am thrilled with the results. I felt like I was walking into a new house when she was finished. I highly recommend her. I can't wait for her to paint the exterior of our house next spring. As an added bonus, she is a lovely person and working with her is a pleasure.

This is the second time that I have had Kelly do painting at my house. She did a wonderful job of painting the ceilings, walls, trim and doors in the kitchen and hallway. She is very meticulous and leaves the area clean and neat. The result is exactly what I wanted and how I envisioned it.

Kelly was great! We had to get another painter hired quickly to accommodate our move-in date and appliance delivery. Contacted Kelly and she met that week to look at the space and provide a quote. She did a great job at a very reasonable price and in the time we needed. She even helped recommend some room colors which we loved and ended up choosing! All-in-all, we really enjoyed working with Kelly. She was very timely and easy to get a hold of if we needed to coordinate new dates/times. A big bonus too is that she even came back after the move in to fill in any dings from the move in process. We will definitely look to Kelly again for any painting jobs we may have in the future.

Kelly was fantastic! She was great with communicating, very punctual and professional. She came out to check out the room and give me a price. She was on time the day of the painting, did a nice job, and followed up with some questions. She got back to me promptly when I emailed her, and also helped with some ideas about the color since I was unsure what would look good. It did not. Kelly was quite pleasant at the initial meeting and then I never heard from her again. I get that she is quite busy but a courtesy call or email stating that she will not be able to perform the work would have been most appreciated.

Kelly was great! Her prices were reasonable and she got the job done incredibly fast and incredibly well. The work was high quality, and there was really minimal disruption in the house when she was working. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat

After meeting with Kelly we booked her within hours. She was extremely personable, professional, and was such a pleasure to work with. We found her prices very reasonable for the work. She and her crew did an outstanding job painting the interior of our home. Some old walls needed patching and she took care of that; there was one room with old wall-paper that she took down and replaced with a fresh coat of paint. The house now looks a million-times better with the new paint. We appreciated her attention to detail. Doors, windows, stair railings, were expertly painted. We decided to leave and go on vacation while the painting was being done. She finished before schedule. We were able to come back from vacation to what felt like a new home. So happy we found her. We are very happy customers, and would re-hire her in a heartbeat!

My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the Service Kelly Francis did for us. Our Kitchen looks brand new, the family room looks simply put looks awesome with the accent wall. We have used several painting companies in the past but what I believe makes Kelly Francis Paints stand out is the dedication to true customer service. Kelly was great. I couldn't decide on paint colors so she came over and gave her color suggestion. They were colors I never would of thought of. I decided to go with her suggestions and I couldn't be happier! My house looks amazing thanks to her. She not only painted but helped with the install of my new light fixtures. We found Kelly?s information on Angie?s List and, impressed by the high ratings and strong reviews, gave her a call. She let us know initially that she wasn?t available for ~8 weeks (which was fine with us, as our needs weren?t urgent), but then she contacted us and let us know that she was in the area and asked if we would like her to come by and take a look/give an estimate. I immediately found her both likeable and highly competent. I gave her our general thoughts and she provided some guidance on color, provided great suggestions that we hadn?t considered in terms of trim and minor repairs, and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work. She even dropped off some color cards the next day so we could narrow down our choices! When I contacted her again with some thoughts and questions, she responded immediately and offered to come by again! Once we finalized colors, she squeezed us in, which involved working over a holiday, which we were thrilled about. She arrived promptly, with an assistant who was also very personable. We had planned to be out of town during that time, and Kelly kept in touch with us via text. When we arrived home, we were thrilled. The work was of the highest quality ? precise, thorough, and no spills. In fact, you could not tell that anybody had been here! We could not be more pleased and give her our highest recommendation.

Kelly was awesome!! She scheduled with me a month in advance and was here when she said she would be. Her and her assistant took down my wallpaper and cleaned up the 100 year old walls just as she said. She was neat, professional, friendly and most importantly did great work. I was very indecisive with my color choices and she spent time helping me decide. As soon as I am ready for more rooms to be painted, I'm calling her.

Kelly and her assistant did a fantastic job painting. They were very professional and neat and always responded to my e-mails/voice messages in a timely manner. The upstairs looks amazing and she will be back in November to paint the master bathroom and spare bathroom. Kelly gave me the best quote for the services she provided. My first contact was met with smiles and a great positive attitude. She puts you in a good mood. The patching of the holes in the plasterboard are 100% fixed. The painting was done effeciently and fast. I certaintly got more than expected. The work was done professionally with no loud music or disruptions to my family or I. She cleaned all areas and left the cans of paint. I will have her back in a New York minute when I have another room to paint.
