When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."
