O' Sullivan Installs did a fantastic job residing my whole house and installing two new doors. The crew was great, always cleaned up before the end of the day. My house went from an eyesore to the best looking on the block. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at O'Sullivan Installs. From Brian and Tim, to all the folks in the office and on site, they are a top-notch operation in every respect. They work incredibly hard, are extremely friendly and customer service oriented, and communicate very effectively throughout the entire process. The installers were polite, respectful, punctual and diligent. These folks are the best in the business, and if you need new siding, you should absolutely not look any further.

Amazing vendor to work with. Tim runs a tight ship and inspects his employees workmanship constantly to ensure you are getting nothing but the highest quality. This guy is the real deal. Honest and diligent. What a quality find. 100% satisfaction. You will not be disappointing.

From the initial contact through the final install we had nothing but the best experience. I would definitely use them again. The installation team headed by Dan were terrific. They left our house cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Time and again I have used O'Sullivan Installs and every time they come to my house to offer a quote or perform work I am amazed at their professionalism. The sales manager, Brian is exceptionally knowledgable about the products he sells. The owner, Tim called me the night before the install and asked if he could come by and take a look before the crew showed up the next morning. He asked some great questions and then offered some very good advice on future projects. The crew was on time, polite and VERY tidy. They did a great job getting the work done in difficult conditions, cleaned up after themselves and THANKED ME for my business. I have NEVER had a crew thank me for my business. The next day, Melissa from the office called to see how everything went and asked that I call her in a week to let her know that everything was still working as promised. I have recommended O'Sullivan to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

O'Sullivan did a great job replacing an exterior door to a 15 year-old addition. The door itself is very nice and solid, and the workers were polite and professional and left the work area spotless. But for the cost I would definitely hire again

After weeks of trying to find a company to actually give me an estimate I finally got a hold of O'Sullivan Installs, Inc.. I am not easy to please but these guys were 100% the company I was looking for. They communicated well and delivered high quality work. If I need work done in the future there would be no other place I would call. I only give a company a review when I have been completely satisfied. If you are looking for a company that does the work they do I would look no further.

Excellent communication, and very professional installation. Arrived when they said they would, and very friendly, completed the job on time. I had an issue with one of the doors which was dealt with immediately. They called after all was done and said if anything in the future needs addressing to call them. Very Happy!!

The process was perfect. After ordering the door, the wait time was less than expected (only a few weeks). Two workers arrived at our home when they said they would, took out the old casing/door and replaced it with the new casing and door. The 2 young men were very pleasant and professional and completed the entire installation in about 6 hours, start to finish. They were able to save the original molding inside and out (!) and, at the end of the day, they left the inside and outside areas as clean as they found it when they arrived. I'm very pleased and will hire O'Sullivan again if the need arises. The door and casing are beautiful, and the only reason I gave a B on pricing was because it was not cheap. But I believe the quality of the product is excellent and the friendliness and professionalism of the people I dealt with was A+. Thank you! You have a happy customer. PS - There were many door and trim colors to choose from and the colors we chose for the new casing and door almost perfectly match the trim and door colors we originally had on the house. Nice touch!

O'Sullivan installs had just finished siding my house, and I was so impressed with their work and attention to detail I decided to have them go ahead and replace a door and 4 windows. The original order was for 1 door and 3 windows, but shortly after the order was placed another window completely broke and needed to be replaced. While that did cause a delay, when Geoff came out to measure the new window he completed sealed up the opening so cold and rain could not get in. Once the materials were in and the job could be scheduled the actual work only took 2 days. The results are fantastic.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with O'Sullivan Installs. From beginning to end, everyone we interacted with was thorough, helpful, and professional. We had a bay window rebuilt/replaced, as well as 10 more windows replaced. We love the way the windows look. Despite a snow delay, the installation went very smoothly-- the team worked two long days in the bitter cold and did great work while being friendly, professional, and careful (one of the best clean-ups we 've ever had from any work crew). We would certainly hire them again and would highly recommend them.

It went well, The two installers arrived on time to remove and replace 2 windows and 3 doors in my home. They were very professional, knew their trade and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a day. All the old material was removed and taken away as well as leaving our home as clean as they found it! Great job well done.

Very well...It is too soon to say if the work will last; they finished 4 days ago. Regardless I am pleased with the work. I will be happy to hire them again.

Our back door was extremely drafty and needed to be replaced. It was easy to set up an appt and the salesperson was right on time. He even did an evening appt to accommodate our schedule. Price was a little steep but you're paying for a quality product and work. He provided an accurate timeline for install and the job went smooth. The workers did the job in about five hours and were very professional and clean. I can tell the door is already conserving energy and I'm probably saving money by the minute with the better door.

You cannot ask for anything more with regard to a contractor. The work product is exceptional and communication was excellent. There were delays due to the relentless rain this year, but everything was done to schedule the job as soon as possible. When the job was started, it was finished as expected. The workmanship is second to none. The installers arrived as promised and worked carefully to complete the job. We are very happy with our new doors and windows!

Very well. The sales man was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were efficient and thorough and very neat. Office staff was responsive and helpful. All around, a very nice experience. We will use them again when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.

O'Sullivan Installs was great all the way through the process. We got 5 different bids before selecting them. They were by far the most direct and professional, went into great detail about the product they use and the way they install it, were transparent with their pricing, and answered every question we had. We feel the work was done exceptionally well. 1 or 2 little issues came up during the course of the project, but you'd expect that with anyone you hired for any contracting work. What mattered to us is that O'Sullivan Install took our concerns seriously and worked quickly to fix them. We would definitely hire them again, and would refer them to anyone who asked.

O'Sullivan Installs is fantastic at everything they do. We had 9 insert replacement windows (Provia) and 1 full frame picture window completed in early August and the result is stunning. I thought nothing could beat the look of wood windows and I was wrong--the vinyl windows look clean, modern and high-end. This job took 1 day and the crew was super professional--they left the interior cleaner than they found it! We then had all of our siding and trim replaced. We chose the LP Smartside (which I HIGHLY recommend over a fiber cement siding product) and white PVC trim. It looks like a brand new house, and the product is completely maintenance free. Their work is meticulous and the crew for this job was super professional as well. They worked so hard for 3 weeks (as in 11 hour days) and in the heat of the summer. Communication from Melissa was incredible throughout the entire project. As soon as the job was complete, the dumpster and port-a-potty were whisked away. In addition-I want to shout out Tim, Mark and Brian for being so professional and truly working like a well oiled machine. Hire them for whatever job you need. When I replace the rest of my windows and eventually some doors, they will be my first (and only) call. Great job! Will post photos soon as well.

It went great. The person installing my door (Mark) arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up. Shortly after, I opened the door too abruptly, I think, and unhooked the closer at the top of the door. I emailed O'Sullivan about this on Saturday and got an immediate response, and when I returned home from work on Monday, the closer had been fixed.

It could not have gone better. The O'Sullivan personnel arrived on time, went right to work on all three doors. The most polite, friendly, and astoundingly efficient folks! They explained what they would do, how they would do it, and along the way show the the progress. This was not the most easiest install I suspect as one of the doors was a massive 40" wide and the frame had to be adjusted to provide the proper height. All the doors were installed, the site cleaned up, tools and trucks buttoned up the same day, even with a bit of leftover time for a photo in the popcorn room! A great bunch of guys to have running around your home!!

I am very pleased with O'Sullivan Installs and recommend them highly for siding work. After my initial inquiry Brian came out to view and measure and to provide an estimate. He was very thorough and explained lots of things to consider. He also brought some samples of siding products. Once we agreed to proceed, Tim came out to do a final check, go over the project scope, and sign the contract. One third was due at signing with the remaining balance due at completion. I knew it would take a few months to get to my project, what was helpful was weekly status emails sent out by Melissa. Each week I could see my project getting closer to be started. Shortly before the project started I reached out to add a window. They were able to accommodate that request. When work was ready to begin Geoff came out to do a site inspection and discuss the project. Melissa had also been in touch regarding the delivery of the dumpster and the materials. The actual project took about 10 working days (there were a few days that were too cold or windy to work, but otherwise the workers were outside in most conditions). Communication was very good throughout the project. The quote seemed reasonable, within the ballpark of similar quotes. I also appreciated Tim's attention to detail. This was by far the most expensive renovation project I have done to date, and the O'Sullivan Installs team made it one of the easiest by far.

This was for installation of windows - came and surveyed the job to replace and install approximately 11 windows. They responded and came to look at the job and we never heard from them again either yes or no. The only reason I did not rate them an F was that they did respond to the original request for a quote. FYI - these are just standard double-hung thermo-pane windows, with 2 picture windows.

This company is not only wonderful to deal with, they were courteous and very professional. I could not be happier with the service and customer service we received. Will definitely be back for windows in the future!

The work went very well. The whole project took 2 weeks, which is exactly what they told us. We also had another small construction job with some interior work needed as well. This took slightly longer, but was still completed in a timely fashion. Mark and Tim were fantastic to work with (along with Melissa in the office) and were very responsive to any questions we had along the way. All the workers who worked on the house were very professional and kept the area as clean as possible. The level of professionalism was top-notch and I would hire O'Sullivan again for any job. You won't be disappointed.
