"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "Highly disappointed! Having a building inspector in the family, very quickly many issues were pointed out about the workmanship. I took out a $9000 loan in order to get a new roof, and the new roof has more problems than the old roof! They did not bother taking down the gutters to put up the shingles, so there are lots of lumps and bumps along the front edge. They use random mishmash of flashing, the likes of which are not installed in a way that is waterproof. They did an absolute **** job, and I will be talking to them directly today, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer, if they don’t come down here and fix the crap work they’ve done. I can’t believe how disappointed I am, and if I could’ve left zero stars, I would have. The people that showed up came in an unmarked white van. Nobody could speak English, except for the site manager, who could barely speak English. They did not fulfill their contract as they were supposed to also add on a piece of flashing to the side of my house and were unable to do that. The only thing they did properly was show up on time. I am incredibly disappointed, incredibly ****** off, and I sure hope nobody else falls for their ********. You would think a bunch of people in company uniforms, driving company, cars, and being competent at their jobs, would be showing up. But just so you all are aware, that is not the case. You will get random people, that apparently are not really affiliated with this company, they will do an absolute crap job, and they will be happy to take your money. Sad to say, this is just another **** company like all the other ones. Find somebody else!"

"Well the contractor like most contractors seem interested to get the job until of course they got the job then their customer service changed. HomePros never pulled a permit which they said they would. 75% of all worked preformed had to be redone a second time because of the poor workmanship and finished look of the job. Here is a few of those items. Ceiling, interior wall, exterior wall, and they ordered the wrong window size as well. The owner Randall spent very little time at all on the job site and was very difficult to reach once they had been given the job. The quality and fished product did not match the work that was advertised on their website. Ultimately I signed off on the job as happy however I would never higher this company again and would greatly advise those against it. The owners son was however very professional and took extra time and effort to correct the poor finished look of the work that the supposedly experienced worker was done with. His customer service is what convinced me to sign off on the job as done and satisfied. There was nothing else they could do to make it better so it didn’t make sense to me to drag out this job. In closing I would say at very best this company is capable of handyman work but not anything close to a full remodeling contractor. Buyer Beware!!’"
