+ -1 moreHe does a regular check and cleaning. He came in the summer to replace the coil in one of our furnaces. He is competitively priced. His price is a little lower and a little higher than some of the others. When I call him on his cell phone he would return my call only about two weeks later. That is a problem. However, he is very punctual when it comes to making appointments.
Description of Work: I use Carl Bauer & Son Heating twice a year to check my furnace and air conditioner.

+ -1 moreTHEY JUST DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT AND HAD A GOOD PRICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. WE WERE COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN OUR HOME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND FRIENDLY.
