installers were a father and son team and they did an excellent job. Came when they said they would and finished before they anticipated. Did a walk though of new equipment prior to leaving. Was very impressed.

They have quality heat pumps in stock and install them really well. Better quality than their competitors and at the lowest price I found. Really happy with them!

They completed the project within the time they had stated. The work was done professionally. I like the fact that someone comes out to the house after the installers have finished putting in the system and test the installation. There was a problem with the furnace unit from the manufacturer that they were able to fix onsite that would have gone unnoticed until the unit was used.

Very friendly customer service and sales reps. They were able to install two days after meeting the sales rep. The install team was super accommodating with my 4 large dogs since they were in and out of the house for 9 hours, that is something any dog owner can appreciate!

Wonderful service and price. Jeff worked with us until we were satisfied from a pricing and payment option standpoint as well as scheduling the service. It was great to be able to have complete trust in a salesperson. We ended up getting a better product than others offered for a better price. There were no surprise hidden fees. The installation included both the outdoor as well as the indoor units and a programmable thermostat (at no extra charge). They arrived on time and respected our home well. Now we have a new, very efficient furnace and A/C that we don't have to worry about in our retirement. Highly recommended!

The experience went well. The only thing I didn't like was the financing. They claim 60 months, no interest. But they charge a fee to do the zero financing. So it's a shady way to do business.
