Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else

Terrible operation. Charged $550 for 'leak detection' estimate, did not apply to repair, attempted to charge over $8,500 for a drain stack that should cost under a third that. They are now on my 'never use' list. Did not clean up, poor communications and workmanship on cutouts for estimate.

After two no shows, the person they sent was not honest about the work that needed done and gave a ridiculously high estimate after telling me I was getting a “veteran discount” As soon as I said something about getting a 2nd quote he said he could probably give us a better deal. Huge red flag. I should have gotten the "better deal" to start with. Also when the 2nd plumber came out and inspected our sewer line they said it wasn't even something that I should be worried about. According to their camera and inspection things don't warrant needing to line the pipes at this time. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

The appointment process was fine. Plumber was punctual. The price was not justified nor explained other than "we can't do 15 minutes of work for $200". The cost of the job to replace the fixture and put a shutoff valve was quoted at $521.00. This is $50 in materials and an hour or less of work. There was no issue with access to the inside or outside. The inside access is typical and in the unfinished part of the basement. I turned down the quote and have called to talk to the company management to understand how this could be this costly and have not received a call back. It seems that pricing is based on what they think you will pay based on where you live or other reasons and not the typical markup and labor model. Be aware and warned. The impact on me was changing my whole day around and the wasted time. Not to mention asking other plumber to not respond due to APEX being the first.

Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck).

Service was courteous and job was completed to satisfaction. Only reason I will not hire again is that the on-site quote was literally double (>$500) of competitor prices which I hired in the recent past for the same job. This was a for a non-emergency, but I decided to go through with the payment to complete the job as my basement was becoming a mess. I also received calls from other credible sites on Angie's List later in the day quoting $275!

Apex Plumbing was great to work with and we will definitely use them again. We had booked a late afternoon appointment, but Apex called around 9:30am and said they could be at our house within the next 40 minutes. The plumber who did our job was Nick Colegrove. He was pleasant, informative, and he did a great job installing the faucet which turned out to be a bigger job than we had anticipated. And the cost was less expensive than other plumbing companies. The work was great. But they are terribly overpriced. I paid $179 for them to put a new toilet seat on my toilet. My total bill for a broken flange was over $1600. If you don’t mind paying an exorbitant rate, then these people are for you because they do very good work.

Not well,did not tighten gas lines,had carbon dioxide leak in house,a bad one.did not get compensated at all, came out to check work.my son smelled the gas and fixed it

Cleared one outdoor drain line but broke another one trying to force it cleared then offered to sell me a replacement of all drains like I was getting a deal. He broke a pipe on purpose to try and get me to replace them. This company is horrible and this guy was incredibly rude.
