Tony happened to be in the area and called me shortly after I requested a quote. He gave me a time frame for the same day and was early. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts, and was very efficient, at a reasonable cost for a weekend.

He called me on a Saturday night about 2 minutes after I requested service and asked me what was going on with my air conditioning, he asked me if he could come and look at it on Sunday and said he could come out before noon and he was there before noon, he gave me a quote I said I can have you up and running in 10 minutes and he gave me a couple of tips as well, the job is complete and the air conditioner is working?

Tony was extremely punctual and made sure we had air before he left. Really pleased.

Reasonable estimate for replacing PVC drainage pipes in an expeditious manner, and took care of another problem he discovered in the furnace.

He came over for an air conditioner service supposed to give me a free estimate. The great news was my air conditioner was not in need of any repairs, what happened was the switch from the inside was turned off and all I had to do was flip the switch and my air conditioner was working again. Charged me $100 for doing nothing. Also, never gave me a receipt for that $100 charge and stated that he would email me a receipt. Well, I never received that either. So much for free estimates. I would never hire them again nor refer them to anybody else. Not professional at all

On one of the hottest days of the year, put in a request and they responded and were there within 45 minutes of My call right at the beginning of the revive window.

He also installed a new Nest thermostat with no complaints, that I sprung on him last second. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and re use in the future.
