Robbie learned at an early age, the basic concepts of building and restoration. Upon the completion of high school, Robbie decided to further his education in the construction field and make it his profession. Robbie attended ITT Technical Institute and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and an Associate in Computer Drafting and Design. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
